It's made by a manufacturer known as CS Shattuck. CS Shattuck is primarily known for manufacturing small pocket pistols and revolvers which is quite ironic considering the size of this gun.
Did you check under the butt-plate or inside the fore-end? There will sometimes be maker's stamps there, or at least initials which may help you narrow down the field. I have seen that style of barrel release before, but I'm damned if I recall where or who it was.
