@starsgorki: if i'm honest, it's different than what you'll find in most places. it's a little gamier (think wild catfish versus farm catfish), and prawns are a little tougher and dryer. prawns are more comparable to louisiana shrimp than the crawfish.

then you add the cajun style seasoning as opposed to the butter and garlic approach most other places go and it just doesn't compare really. it's just something you can't duplicate without the cajun style.
