I've seen so many movies that includes this lovely lady and she's perpetually playing this stern somber uncompromising matriarch. Oddly, this is the first interview I've ever seen of hers and it seems as though she's just about the sweetest woman on earth. Great in my books!

Judi Dench is enormously talented! Her electrifying performance in Notes on a Scandal confirms that, along with many others, but this is the most memorable character I recall from her career thus far.

Though she looks like she will wow audiences again with her portrayal in Nine.
