  • Cool thanks:)

  • God your brilliant

  • @Drummerozzi Thank you. Keep drumming and playing guitar.

  • La sua batteria che modello è?

  • @ALFASTAR99 Si prega di fare riferimento alla mia pagina di canale per queste informazioni. Grazie.

  • HAHAHAH Turning off the camera like a BOSS at the end XD

  • great vid! How do you maintain your stamina on your right arm?

  • @RAZORSPARK666 Thanks. I let the law of physics do its thing, let the stick do the work and consciously relax. Also using the Moeller technique, Google it to learn more, and more importantly from being conditioned from 47 years of drumming. Thanks for watching and check out the latest cover I did of this song, the link is in the description.

  • @rhythmantic

same with me so we both have ringos godly hand

  • Coooool, awesomeee

    U're great at drums man!

  • @Animeloveer100 Thank you very much. Appreciate you stopping by and checking out my video.

  • @rhythmantic aah, it's np ;) ^^

  • You're great! But how are you able to play with your hi-hat that close to the snare?

  • @FlymerDrumsExpertRB It's very difficult. I should just change over completely to open-handed technique. I don't like the hi-hat way up in the air, I want it to be like the drums.

  • i tried but i get tired very quickly

  • @beatlesloversprims thats what she said

  • Wow your great! How long have you been playing for?

  • @beatleforce1 Thanks. Been playing for 47 years. Check out a better version of this song, (the link is in the description), and be sure to check out my other Beatle covers, got about 70+. Subscribe too. Thanks.

  • @rhythmantic 47 years! I have only been playing for 4 weeks! But I am only 13. Thanks, I will subscribe!!

  • @rhythmantic I want to have 47 years of experience on the drums. Wait, I'm 41 and just starting so that is not happening. :-( You are FABULOUS!

  • @debvc6 Thanks, appreciate you stopping by and checking it out. Be sure to check the later cover of this song.

  • You're really good!

  • ...insane...

  • @jpuglisiallegra Thanks, ...I think!?

  • @rhythmantic I mean insanely good!

  • @jpuglisiallegra Got a new improved cover of this, will release it this week.

  • Nice cover.

Do you have any videos of you on an acoustic kit?

  • @TopTenCrew Yes, another version of Help, Mourning Into Dancing, Joy To The World, Praise To The Lord The Almighty. Thanks for watching.

  • Wow!Awesome sir!

  • @farisheavymetal96 Thanks.

  • im learnin of ur videos (THERE AWESOME!!!!!)

  • @EddyDrummerBoy I'm glad to hear that, I like that my videos serve others in their pursuit of drumming.

  • Very good, but, a little tense, (just a little) stay cool, stay loose, you know the drill. Keep on tickling.

  • @brightblaze1 Yes, you're right about that, as much improvement on electronic drums have been made, certain songs are hard to play. I have a video of me playing acoustic drums on this song with a band where it's easier to play. The unison handed rolls at that tempo are hard to execute, and that's an example of Ringo's greatness to be able to play those type of fills at a quick tempo, another example of that is "Tell Me Why".

  • Very awesome love the drum covers you put up great job!!

  • @AAAlexXsnipz Thanks for watching.

  • You, sir, are very very very good !

  • @IandrewIsf Thank you very much.

  • @stAg4x4gAts Thank you very much. I hope you were not in today's tsunami.

  • Awesome sir!!

  • @farisheavymetal96 Thank you.

  • nice drum kit and cover!

  • @ladynzane Thanks I appreciate the positive critque, especially since I've read some of your comments to 2 other versions of this song.

  • Flippin' ace man!

  • @sbbinahee I did flub one of the fills into the chorus. It was difficult to pull off unison hand rolls at that tempo on electric pads. I have a live version of this played on acoustic drums along with 2 of my musician friends and coworkers I might put up.

  • super fantastic!love the beatles!

  • @cinegf Grazie mille.

  • so its just 1 and 3 on the bass and 2 and 4 on the snare? thats it?

  • @holaminombreeskyle almost, on the 3 you could play "3 and" (2 1/8th notes).

  • Is amazing how it looks that you aren't hitting the snare at all!!!

    good cover! :D

  • @beatlescenter Yes, it's all an illusion : D. Actually why it looks that way is that as soon as the stick hits the snare it returns back to the up position ready for the next down stroke (aka the Moeller technique) as opposed to laying it into the head and leaving it there as Ringo did at times.

  • FANTASTIC!

  • @SenorZorrozzz Wow, thanks Zorro.

  • Does Ringo play the Ride Cymbal or the High Hats becuase when i play on the high hats i cant get the right speed as the song. Can you Please HELP! me :)

  • @SirJerman The verses are played on a closed hi-hat; the choruses on the ride. It's obvious from the recording, but if you want to see it, then check out video footage like The Beatles playing the Ed Sullivan Show or the concert at Shea Stadium

  • @SirJerman yes he dose =)

  • hey

I wait blackbird:) I am to press to hear it ^^

You can make a cover of strawberry field drum ?? please :)

    ((°J°)) = GENIOUS

  • @fabi0gr0sso Blackbird will take some rehearsing as I haven't played it on guitar in a while; Yes, Strawberry Fields, along with Rain, & She Said She Said, is on my list to do. Hang tough, God willing, I hope to get to those early this year.

  • @rhythmantic ...however, I do know Norwegian Wood on guitar and will cover that first.

  • Nice cover man!

  • @kerli2CZEdrummer Thanks.

  • 0:29 practic this part

    greetings from argentina.

  • @ericsingerthemaster Yes, I know my execution of that fill is rough and I put a note of it in the description. Good to hear form Argentina.

  • @rhythmantic but still okay I did the same thing

but with practice you learn Greetings!

  • @rhythmantic que edad tienes?

  • amazing

  • @LaughingBananas66 Thanks.

  • Who disliked this cover?! Show yourself! :-)

  • can u teach me

  • @ahhhmonsterz Please learn it from the video. Isolate what my hands are doing, then put it together. The bass foot is just playing one stroke on the 1 and 3 of measure, the snare - the left hand, is on 2 & 4. So you would count: 1 - 2 - 3 - 4. I learned this by playing along to the 45 record when I was 14 or 15 years old. That's still a good method in learning drumming. I hope this helps.

  • I hope someday to play even 10% of what you do, because I am not able to coordinate my feet and hands at the same time

  • @superlenny07 keep at it superlenny, if it's meant to happen, it will.

  • thank you and this cover I'll go to sleep with a smile on my face and tomorrow I will buy my drums, I can not wait anymore!!!!!

  • @superlenny07 Good for you superlenny!

  • Great video! Is this a swing beat? I drum too and I cant tell because the song is too fast haha

  • @banksta654 Thanks. Yes, it's swung, dotted 1/4 note ride. Yes, it is fast, doesn't seem like a tough song to play until I did, especially the unison-hand rolls on the snare & tom - one of Ringo's signatures.

  • superrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @kawasakitecate4 Thanks. I checked out some of your vids and you do a decent job of drumming yourself.

  • @rhythmantic thanks , i have been playing drums only for ten months! i lov beatles !!!! wooooooooooooo

  • I got to play your brand of drum set today at gutar center!!!! i freaking love it!!! its awesome and really fun to play

  • @noble381297 Very good! I hope you get to play them more often.

  • @noble381297 why guitar center if they also sell drums, just like guitar hero with drums on it.

  • @chuck21drum Thanks mate, are you a drum player too or just really know your Beatles. Thanks again!

  • you is my idol now.

  • Well done, I have such a hard time not cramping up when playing this. Are you playing swung 8th notes on the hi-hat? Like I said I always cramp up playing this, is there a "cheat" on playing this? And if I am not mistaken the snare and F. tom are on 1,2,3,4 and then back to 1 on the ride? Again, hats off to you. Keep on Rockin.

    Cheers

  • @edwardgracy I'm playing straight 16ths using the Moeller technique. It's not easy to play on a rubber pad. If you're referring the fill coming out of the verse into the chorus, yes, that's a one measure fill of 8th notes. Ringo is noted for his unison hand fills between the snare and any of the toms: I Want To Hold Your Hand, Tell Me Why. Thanks so much for checking it out and I appreciate your encouraging comments.

  • Great work! My little boy is 5 and wants to learn drums...is he to young? I play guitar an piano but I've never really had a crack at drums!

    thanks!

  • @bigpaul1980 No, it's not to young. Right here on You Tube there are a host of very young drummers, some as young as 4 who could play well. Thanks for listening.

  • how toes ringo do that he hits the hi-hat once but it bounces of two times?

  • @KedmenecMartin I'm sorry, I don't know what you're referring to. But I'll give it a shot: google "Moeller Technique". that might provide the answer.

  • @rhythmantic

Oh the moeller technique could actually be what I'm searching for!

If you look at Ringo playing Act Naturally or Help! (or listen to songs like Magical Mystery Tour) you'll see how his hand bounces of the hi-hat. He plays like a 2/4 time signature but it actually is a 4/4 beacouse of that tehnique. Hard to explain, it seems to work for him so he doesnt stretch his muscles too much at high tempoes.

  • @KedmenecMartin Ringo really has some good hand technique, I got to witness it up close last month at his concert at the Mt. Winery in CA.

  • could you cover dont let me down and nowregian wood

  • @M4rLin28 Sure, Don't Let Me Down I could, but Norwegian Wood I'd rather cover on guitar as it is a cool part and there really isn't a drum part on it, but hey, I could add one.

  • you are awsome man!

  • @M4rLin28 Thanks dude, I appreciate you taking the time to listen & comment. It was challenging in copping Ringo's unison roll leading into the chorus at that tempo. Most drummers play it hand-to-hand, but it's both hands doubling up and that's what gives this a powerful sound.

  • Just wondering, is there actually a bass pedal part in the song?

  • @marcjmarino Yes, there is, it's lost in the mix. It goes along with Paul's bass line. It could have used more volume.
