  • how did I possibly reach 46, be a lover of 70's music and miss this beautiful song. Laying in bed sick as a dog weeping to this. Thankyou for posting.

  • Hi there. I first became aware of the song when it featured on one of those 20 dynamic hits compilations from the 70's, probably the same one your sister had. I recently managed to pick up the song (slightly longer than the version I'd previously heard-the end "Take it easy on me..." is repeated a few more times before the fade) on a cd entitled "Radio Songs 1970-1974/Volume One". It's a great album containing 20 killer tracks from the era.

  • Nice. I've always liked this guy. Don't know much about him but I love his song Take It Easy, which was my intro to his music. It appeared on one of those 70's compilation albums, 20 dynamic hits, or something like that.

  • @piskey01 I also remember and love the song Take It Easy, from an album belonging to one of my older sisters. I think it was called Charttoppers '72, or very similar. Wish I could get a copy of that song. I was maybe 7 or 8 years old then.

  • like the "mr. bojangles" harmonies

  • I am so pleased to find this video. I haven't heard Thomas and Bailey for over 20 years. Would love to know where I could get a copy of the Missing Persons album.

  • @GenesisAustralia - My name is George, I have the very 1sy vinyl pressing, Peter Bailey gave it to me, I lived across the road from him in Melbourne and I still play it.

  • AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME, He is truly a musical GENIUS. . . . Bring him Back
