Great video.. I love the subject of training so much!!! Recently I also attended a free online training about training trainingforthetrainer. com and got my certificate as an Associate Trainer.
My manager at work organised a boxing night as a team-building exercise last year- with compulsory attendance. It was a truly hideous experience.
I was up against a guy in a wheelchair who’s a total jerk but we keep employed just to make us look OK on Govt. diversity measures. What the hell could I do? In the end I hit him in the face a couple of times, then went down & took the full count.
The next day I got a reprimand from our HR manager for ‘patronising the non-able bodied’.
