Have you tried using one for long periods of time without using a pc? they are good at different things than pc's, and they have an easier to search through user interface. It may not be good for gaming, but it is great for creative things like art and music. PC's get way more viruses, but have their perks too. Try using both for extended periods of time without using the other one before you make an accusation like that.

The thing about this commercials is that it's the PC that's used to a wider extent and by a larger percentage of people, so any failure to communicate is due to apple's being non-PC and not PC being non-Mac.
