The state already provides medical assistance for uninsured individuals. There are programs in place. I have an uncle that has cancer and he was uninsured but he still received the coverage WITHOUT Federalized health care.

The water is not protected well by the EPA. Flouride is poisonous in any more than pea-sized portions (see any bottle of toothpaste) and the government mandates putting it in the water along with 300 other chemicals.
Roads are mostly paid for by gas pump taxes, which is perfectly constitutional since it is a user fee.
Public schools are paid for by local property taxes mostly.

I want my government to provide as much incentive to new companies and companies to move here from overseas. I want my government to stop illegal aliens from coming here and receiving benefits from my government. I want my government to unlegislate everything any Democrat has legislated to free up business in a free market society.

If the CEO's of medical and insurance companies are allowed to continue draining the companies they run by selling shares at insanely pre-set prices... then those companies will always seek to offset those loses by denying coverage. Get real, if they don't change the SEC then nothing else they do will matter. At all.

The healthcare companies are robbing people blind anyways. To say there is no need for health reform is ludicrous. We pay the most and get the 34th best coverage? While a "single payer" system or "single payer like public option" system might not be the best answer, the bill may be reworked to give a kick in the butt to those insurance companies that are profiting of simply denying coverage without checking if somebody needs it so they can make a profit.
Healthcare Companies ?? What's a healthcare company ? I think insurance companies need to be reformed, not the entire healthcare system. Before the government and insurance companies became involved in a simple exchange of goods and services, our healthcare system was number ONE. The common sense solution is to take the insurance companies to task, and get them and the government out of the consumer's way.
Yeah, it's time for mandates for private insurance, and a pseudo-public option that millions of Americans won't be allowed to choose for themselves. It's time for a half-assed "reform" bill that will still leave millions uninsured.

80% might have insurance...but those WITH insurance are actually experiencing gaps in their coverage; being dropped if they are sick too often; claims of pre-existing conditions if they had anything before that they can spin as the 'same thing' (ie. if you had a mole removed once, you might get excluded on some other kind of cancer). Rationing, we ALREADY have it. Euthanasia, we have that NOW if you see the procedures that are denied by ins that cause patients deaths.

I believe that most things that the government touches turns to crap. Make the system a free market one, with lots of choices. Right now we have this archaic insurance regime that stifles competition and protects existing players. New blood can't get in.

The state already provides medical assistance for uninsured individuals. There are programs in place. I have an uncle that has cancer and he was uninsured but he still received the coverage WITHOUT Federalized health care.
This Federalized health care is a power grab that will take private control from EVERYBODY and put it into control of the government's hands. It is unnecessary. It is unamerican. It is WRONG.

I am a veteran and I am NOT treated like shit. I am 47 years old and I have a primary physician that knows me, a pharmacist that has all my information right there (I am not bouncing all over the place), they encourage me to be responsible about my health, I have a dietitian that coached me on diet, they give me condoms on demand (make sense?) you better freaking believe it. This is about Executives/Middle Men making Gazillions at; Insurance, Pharmas, etc. TIME IS NOW!!!

Ron Paul does not want the federal government ruling on abortion. That means each state could make its own laws on personal issues. If you wanted a pro-choice state, you could move there. If I didn't, I could move to a pro-life one. Liberty is about freedom and choices, something this country has forgotten.
How is Ron Paul against women and minorities? He is for equal protection of citizens under the law. As for illegal immigrants, they are not citizens and he would deport them.

The Constitution says nothing about abortion. The Supreme Court did allow abortions (even late term) throughout the US in the Roe v. Wade decision of 1973.
Some, like yourself, believe the FEDERAL government did the right thing getting into the business of state business. I and Ron Paul don't like the federal government controlling the states.
40 million babies have been killed since Roe v. Wade and those people would be paying taxes now to help pay for retirees.

Over 40 million babies have been aborted since 1973 in the US. These people would have been tax paying citizens who would have paid into the Social Security and Medicare systems that are going broke. To replace these dead babies, the US allowed 20 million illegal Mexicans into the country who pay no taxes and want free health insurance, making the debt worse. Talk about a bad tradeoff.

Why should you get free health care if you cannot pass a drug test, drink too much alcohol or smoke. Why should I pay for someone who has 10 children when I was responsible and only had two and never asked anyone for help. I believe that children of school age should get health care and education teaching them about the consequences of alcohol, drugs and smoking. Especially if their parents are not good role models and do not teach them how to live healthy.

Another 40% are unisured either by choice (people in their teens or 20s, generally, who are the healthiest among us), or are in between jobs using COBRA.

The water is not protected well by the EPA. Flouride is poisonous in any more than pea-sized portions (see any bottle of toothpaste) and the government mandates putting it in the water along with 300 other chemicals.
Roads are mostly paid for by gas pump taxes, which is perfectly constitutional since it is a user fee.
Public schools are paid for by local property taxes mostly.
When you pay IRS taxes, you are paying the Federal Reserve. Dems and GOP are owned by the Fed. Ron Paul 2012

I dropped the bastards & started going to VA.
It has been like night & day.

The healthcare companies are robbing people blind anyways. To say there is no need for health reform is ludicrous. We pay the most and get the 34th best coverage? While a "single payer" system or "single payer like public option" system might not be the best answer, the bill may be reworked to give a kick in the butt to those insurance companies that are profiting of simply denying coverage without checking if somebody needs it so they can make a profit.

The Government can't even run S.S. or Medicaid They can't even aticquitly fund them but for some reason our elected officials seem to be able to fund their benefits which are the best offered.

The Senators listed below have received MILLIONS from the Health Insurance Industry in recent years & will likely receive much more in the next month or two as the work for the Insurance Industry to insure that THE PUBILC OPTION fails.
These bribe-takers must be defeated in 2010:
