You know I believe in my drunk brother but I don't have faith in him to save my life if i needed him. If god does exist he has demonstrated many, many times that you shouldn't have faith he will save anything or anyone when you need him. You can believe in him all you want but don't have faith he will save your life. You have to do that yourself. .

People came and brought their new cars to be blessed by the monks. We had lunch with the monks and toured the temple and giant statues of buddah and the other gods.
They had enormous pride in Buddah and had immense joy in bringing Buddah's glory to our attention. It was their life's pleasure to be involved with Buddah.

I find it awkward for you to be preaching to me about atheistic anything when you obviously don't understand what a life without an imagined deity is like. Another good Ray Comfort example, and while I agree with your premise, the metaphor does not follow.
First, none of us are falling literally or figuratively, there is no ground, and there is no parachute. You just jammed us all into a metaphor that doesn't fit. I can do it to. Imagine the same situation, only this time the fall is our country and the parachute is Jon Stewart being elected president. It doesn't mean anything.
I also appreciate the irony of you posting that faith is the solution to a problem you have to have faith in. It's like you watched the video and tried to create your own problem with faith.
So you admit your not talking about the video, but instead came here to preach. The video is mocking, yes, but how am I altering the truth of the bible? How am I not understanding what is going on here? And you claim that there are MANY things to explain god and salvation.
I dare say, you don't. Unless you have something original, you don't have any proof of god. You don't have any proof of salvation. Your arguments are baseless and rely solely on your Christian myths.

Presumption - you think your religion is correct and your god is real
The Bible - You can't use the text your religion comes from to prove the religion

Many religions is a FACT that:
1. Humans INVENT religions
2. Humans follow and believe whole-heartedly these INVENTED religions.
