@bonkler Hah. I think Bianca meant it. It was her first love and you can see the hurt in her eyes -- she's so in love with Sarah and being together seemed to make all the obstacles in their way just crumble. It's so heart-wrenching that they couldn't make it work.
"Do you tell him you love him the way you used to tell me?" OUCH! Wow! This scene is awesome! I love that Bianca is still thinking about other people and their happiness other than her own. She wants Sarah to be happy inspite of the difficulty of being a closeted lesbian. Sigh!
@SoYahYah They met at rehab where they were both being treated for eating disorders. If you look for the other scenes of Bianca and Sarah, they should reveal a bit more of the backstory. There was also a long storyline of Greenlee finding out Bianca wa gay and holding it over her head as blackmail. Poor Leo was caught in between!

Hmmm....I wonder where Sarah is now?....Bianca is living happily with Reese...Sarah is probably a stay-at-home mom with 4 kids and a husband that doesn't even look at her (not that she cares).
Good question. I've always hoped they would bring Sarah back on the show to stir some drama and catch us up with what she's been up to. You never forget your first love and if Sarah is still stuck with Ian, you know she still thinks about Bianca...
"What are you going to do when it's just you and your husband and you don't feel anything?" - that is actually a very well-written line, and Bianca probably accurately foreshadows Sarah's future there.
She's divorced. She probably went into therapy with her parents, especially her mother. I don't think she's with anyone but she's at peace with herself.
I love how Bianca called it "once in a lifetime". I'll bet she says that to all her conquests.
