I believe that it was a travel not saying it is a big deal its warm uo what ever just to clarify the rule he picked up the dribble, planted right foot as pivot , pumped , turned back the other way past the defender, planted the left foot , came off the right foot, and layed it in.

As soon as you leave the right foot its a travel , its different if he took off both feet and layed it in but he went off the left foot not both at the end
