It is a rip off, word for word, from an old Pakistani song. The vocals on the original are far better. These guys are good composers but have poor vocals, especially when compared to other singers like shafqat amanat ali. Also, they should have credited the original

Just because it's a remake doesn't mean it's bad. Just look at NIN's "Hurt," vs. Johnny Cash's, "Hurt." Cash's remake has a different flavor, but it is still amazing.

Same goes with this song. Nazia Hassan is a legend, may she rest in peace, but I don't think that Josh's version is discredited JUST because it's a remake. And comparing Shafqat to Josh is like comparing Jagjit Singh to Udit Narayan or something. Totally different genre's, man.

Actually this is not a song by these guys. This song is from a very old pakistani movie.... back in the late 50s or early 60s. When our fathers and mothers were in their hay-days. ;)
