After you'll get a 9x scope, shots lower than ~600 feet will be too easy, ~700 feet shots arent that hard even using a 4x scope, considering that maximum animal draw distance is ~750ft IIRC,
a 9x scope makes it all obsolete.

yup, i have the .300 and much better scope now... this was taken when i had just started and long before any of the other weapons were out

It's not dummy, it's only 700ft, everything you shoot more has to do with elevation.
