Oh my god, it's so true that police in every country have to fill out paper work for any incedent that happens, but honestly I remember watching a documentary recently that was based around law enforcement and paper work involved with it. At the time of watching the documentary the research representative being interviewed at one point said that 90% of United Kingdom police officers who want to do their job proper transfer to USA for having at least one same reason: Less paperwork, more duty.
