correct. Road Blaster/Road Avenger was designed around six months later by Yoshihisa Kishimoto, programmed by DECO and animated by Toei Animation Corp. - so basically all the the people that did Thunder Storm. there are even some small references to Thunder Storm in Road Blaster.

Reminds me a lot like Road Avenger since I believe that game was also distributed by Data East.

this must be the american version.
the UK release had a cooler co-pilot, MUCH better music, it sacrificed a little visual power but over all i prefer the UK version.
