I'm mapping a town via Sketchup and the file is too large (more than 150 complicated buildings) I don't know how to compress the file so that I can render them for press printing. Does any one know? Currently I model each building individually. Now I need to put them together. Thanks.
just before you compare the size of your cities you need to consider the amount of detail involved i say well done even though this city is small the attention to detail is high but my city is far bigger and each building has floor plans and most of the buildings are furnished so for a small city good job but you need to experiment
no i didnt, itz easy itz not tht good itz just big. and theres an automatic text thing so i didnt have to actually MAKE those, just typed em in and postioned them. just look at the houses, no doors or windows or anything

You may export as animation... instead record it with screen recorder. When you export it as animation, it will be saved as video file...
