Luara has 2 citizenship - of Russia and Armenia. For citizens of Russia allow to have unlimited quantity of citizenship. And therefore Luara can to represent two countries- she is from Armenia and she is Russian girl but she's nationality is Armenian and her was family immigrate into Russia. In Armenia all peoples speak Russian.

She's 10 now.Recently won Grand Prix in Vitebsk 2008 , Belarus ,and participated in Armenian preselection of Junior Eurovision Song Contest(You were right 9 months ago about looking for her in JESC).I have a few posted videos of her,and i'll post some more in the near future.

Sorry divagirl, she is one of those that it is difficult to find more about on the Internet or youtube. I will be doing research in the near future on Junior Euro Song Contest and the related MGP. I will let you know if I find anything. I just reposted this video when I started my group Youngirlsingers, so I could have something on my videos page. I am mostly a collector, not an original poster.

I am not totally sure, but I would guess the Ukraine. Sounds similiar to Assol. If you do not know her, do a search for that name. She has about 15 vids of so from age about 6 to 14 or 15. I am a very good guesser on ages though and I think she is about 9, or possibly 10. I am not really much of a poster, but a collector. I have a group on my user page. It is called youngirlsingers.
