There aren't many Howe truss bridges left but Quesnel has one that was replaced in 1963 with a wider bridge for vehicles.

While there were those who clamored for tearing down of the original bridge then, Quesnel wisely chose to save it for use as a walking bridge, and it survives to this day and is considered one of Quesnel's prominent tourist features!

Why should we in Hope be in such a hurry to destroy ours, with it's sentimental movie connection value?

Think ahead. Let the bridge stand.

Let the bridge go dude. No offense but kind of a stupid cause and it's not as big of a deal as you think. Rambo is old, Hope should stop clinging on to the past and start growing up for once. Maybe things might actually start changing in this dead end town.
