from 02:18 to onwards means that:

when a large amount of heat/chemical potential engery is introduced into our system, it breaks the weak enzymatic bonds which denatures the shape of it. Enzyme is all destroyed.. its useless now... so no substrate, enzyme complex can can form now..... RIGHT?????
