@haronasi we put around the same amount of winds onto the armature as Systema does(the exact number being our trade secret) the torque and RPM should be about the same. but as you can see from our videos, simply because the materials and assembly of the components is of a much higher quality than Systems's own work, there is a noticeable boost in performance.
@HSAirsoft I do know the actual ammount of turns, but they vary between the 480 and 490. If all you changed was the coil quality... How much for a rewind? (;
@haronasi Think about it, I can't get bare cores, I need to strip existing ones in order to rewind them. Stripping them takes a few hours as I have to defeat strong resins and unwind the cable, also being careful not to damage the commutator. Then I rewind it taking longer keeping everything tight and neat. It can take a whole day just to rewind a motor and set it to dry. Then it needs to be balanced, assembled and tested.
That's impressive, but it doesn't tell anything about the torgue?
