Everybody should keep in mind that this plane was designed to fulfill the US air force contract so there's a fairly good chance this plane will deliver, and US has invested alot to back out anyway, lets hope for the best and look forward to the F35 becoming a marvel of air history.
This plane reminds me of the f-104 starfighter which also had very small wings and could only fly in a straight line. What is so special about the f-35? It cant fly like russians planes...stealth? nahh, L band radars can detect it...its just a overpriced piece of junk which never will match russians SU-27/35

f-35 sucks way to little wing area to be somewhat flyable
