Great video. Love the idea of taking action to rid myself of things that no longer serve me. Very symbolic. I decided to burn my list. Fire is another form of energy. Like the flapping of butterfly wings whose gentle flaps can create great waves in the ocean. Fire one of 4 basic elements represents energy for transformation, connection to personal power and inner strength.
