the problem is that the government dished out land to super super big men (MOI, Gideon, etc.. ) then these same ones went ahead and sold the land to these people who are being moved out of the forest. These same people DID NOT PERSONALLY steal the land. Those who did not buy were dished out land by MOI in order to get votes... the culprit?
