@sasukekyubii13 Honestly, Jessica was like the lead dancer of SNSD before debut. You'll notice in their before debut dance rehearsals that she's always in front. But then, when SNSD debuted, she was given the concept of a barbie-like and cutie girl and SME wanted her to focus more in her singing because she's got a unqiue and sweet but powerful voice. That's why I always see her as the most talented among the members...

Everyone should blame the new system in SME. Lee Soo Man was like a father to each and everyone in SM and he was an amazing CEO to the artists, but when he left, everything went wrong cuz it was all handed to kim Young Min . If only LSM went back as the CEO of SM, it would be awesome :]

Really ? I thought Lee Soo Man was hated because of his arrogancy towards his own artists. Remember what he did to Shinhwa's Andy. Years ago Andy was beaten by Lee Soo Man (or his bodyguards) and got terrible injury so he had to wear a mask to cover up his face while performing on stage. Not just that, they had to practice almost 3 days without a good sleep. Pre-Debut life as a Korean Pop Star is rough. Remember TaeYeon ran away from her dorm because of insane practice hours.

SM is extremely brutal when it comes to training trainees esp with lee soo man as head. For example if you know rain the pop singer he had to do manual hard hours of labour to become wat he is now. Same goes for dbsk. Theres a lot of public vids about them fainting cuz lee soo man worked them too hard. But nowadays its not like that anymore im glad lol.

Lee Soo Man was one of the best, he brought the some of the best korean artists, not idols but true artist to the plate. they trained hard but thats what you have to to do to reach the top, and stop making it seem like some slave company, alot of their artists admit training was top but they needed it to be where they are.
