@size123 Activated carbon filters! I just bought a hepa filter with a activated carbon filter on it. Also, I believe people use the act. carbon from fish stores with some kind of filter from hydro shops.

so...it said THC is formed to protect the plant against UV light....so what if you put a little UV light in with the grow room...? would that increase potency?

@trizkit85 hmm good thought but I thiiinnkkk its up to the type of plant you are growing, like strain etc. but of course the greatness of the bud is dependent on how good the grower is to some extent.

thc production is mainly done because the plant is protecting itsself from all sorts of things such as pests, fungus, cold/hot temperatures, wild animals, natural stress such as winds, UV light, and rain.

@trizkit85 My friend told me about using a black light and some kind of small blue light for that effect. Also frost is the reason that plants turn purple. That is the reason people start plants on valentines day, and harvest around halloween. I am in cali, I am not sure if that would work in other states though.

storing it in an airtight jar in the dark for a few months after drying is good. but open up the jar at least every few days for a minute.

Maybe I smoke too much but I swear he said trim the roots.. :/ I thought root trimming stunts growth. Bonsai growers pull potted plants and purposely slice roots off and repot in the same size pot to stunt the plant.

Good video very informative, but myself I DO NOT RECOMEND CUTTING ROOTS. Sounds like youll just be doing damage than good.
