@fashiongymnast101 They do. They're generally called Acrobatics and Contortion studios. There's a huge contortion festival in Vegas every year. More common we have Acro-dance which works on much of the same flexibility

i do contortion myself its not painful you just need to stretch and practice very day or so if you wan to try it i suggest you warm up before you do it :)
