Tony BLiar put a clause into law allowing parliament to override any law that they wish to enact.

So far 19 Nations have surrendered to the RATification

that's 19 countries or 5000 politicians!

France with a population of 64,473,140

Netherlands with a population of 16,428,071

& Ireland with a population of 4,339,000

EACH by a majority voted NO

In Democratic terms 85M to 5,000 AGAINST

the reason the germans,dutch etc are letting their politicians and governments ratify the treaty is because they are robots who believe anything....look at their history in the last 200/300 years..they have fallen for the scam the brits are putting forwrd that it is not a constitution but a treaty so it doesn't need to be voted on...blind faith in politicans will get us all into a lot of trouble....why do we have to leave.? the best way to promote change in the commission is if were still in....

EU membership is entirely optional. A country can leave the EU at any time. If some people hate the EU so much they should start a campaign to leave.

Holland voted no in 2005 and your own government chose to ignore the dutch people and push through the lisbon treaty anyway! Over 60% of Dutch people are still against the lisbon treaty.

Never thought i'd agree with a Torie (i'm an Irishman). I'm shocked. I guess sometimes you do need the cajones. We have a vote (due to constitution) and I hope we hand a big NO back to Europe in the forthcoming referendum.
