I listened to their Stargazer for a few minutes and I like Nightwish's Stargazer much better. Rainbow's Stargazer isn't bad persay, I just don't like it as much as this one. Don't like it, don't listen to it. Simple as that.

At least this is METAL. Yeah Nightwish is the best Metal band but for Symphonic Power Metal genre.. If you're talking about Heavy Metal genre then Iron Maiden got the title. But c'mon this song rocks and Iron Maiden rocks too. They're all my favourite bands.

Nightwish must like the rock band Tea Party, because they copy the song titles and album covers. Two examples: Stargazer is an earlier song by Tea Party. Also, the "Edges of Twilight" album cover is copied by Nightwish with the "Once" album cover (nearly identical). The only bright side is that Nightwish is metal and Tea Party is rock, so they are far enough apart, but still, it is sad to see all that borrowing.

@Stroggoth OMG LOLOLOL. You probably didnt know anything about Nightwish. This song is in Nightwish earliest album, titled Oceanborn in1998!! While The Tea Party 'Stargazer' is in their 2004 album. So whos the one who copied? And Nightwish music is very unique, they're nothing like Tea Party. I dont want to argue with you though.

This in interesting in a good way. I have never heard a mezzo sing metal before. It works about like I imagined it would. It is certainly better, in my opinion, than what Apocalyptica is doing. This album is going into my library.

It's called symphonic metal, because it's not like any other metal group, since here you UNDERSTAND what the singer sings XD And above all, Traja Turunen, the woman that sings in this song, has attended opera lessons, so this gives her a more than awesome voice, which leads to a dream with Tuomas's music =D You should also check songs with the new singer, Anette. It's of course different, but it's beautiful too =D
