This map is being used in a museum. I forget which, but it's somewhere in Europe. It's really cool, you control the camera using your iPod touch or iPhone, and the screen is huge.

i miss making far cry 2 maps on PS3, that was all I did one summer, even without online play, I just sat there, and said

"mmmmm FAR CRY 2 MAP YEASH!"

But this reminds me of a city map I made. Far cry 2 really limited the potential so much though! The thing they did wrong was made it so you cant put weapons in, ruining the point of secret areas and other places, ya know? sniper in sniper tower, assault on the ground, RL hidden.

On far cry 2 people just snipe and dont look at map :(

All this city needs is some life... anddd... yep you guessed it.... DESTRUCTUBLE ENVIRONMENTS! And better physics with things like the clothes. But its a mod, freaking amazing job in total. Love this map, wouldnt hesitate to download it :D

You don't know how much work it takes to make objects that can be destructed. Professional artists have time to do that, since they are well paid. You actually have to model the object in many separate parts that will then fall apart because of the explosion and I'm not even speaking about setting the breaking points in the editor. I don't think they forgot.. They just knew that it would be a lot more of work if they did it.

Ye, but don't forget that all this environment interaction work comes almost done with the engine, that's why I noticed the lack of interaction inmediately. Ye, well, either way, not all the builidings in Crysis are destructible, there are at least two new game engines coming,I hope to see a tower coming down at 60fps.... virtually.

It may be possible in the engine. Yet it doesn't change the fact that it's the artist, who has to make model much more complex and seperate it in the parts that will then break up. Also I made a little investigation and "armokles", the guy that made it, just wanted to see his model in some good realtime engine. So that is it.

in other words the folders are in the wrong place.

Natural mod. it looks just like very high ( a bit better) but performs between high/veryhigh
