I wish I had that huge snow blower up here in NorthWestern Iowa during the past few day to get the first few feet of driveway that was packed in of iced snow I had to remove.
I've been out every 30-60 minutes, scraping ice, scooping water (!!), putting salt when it was freezing. Has taken almost 'round the clock work to keep the entrance passable and not too slippery
What city is this?

Are the dump truck drivers and snowblower operators communicating via radio or the snowblowers operators give signals with the snow thrower? Curious.

A monitor walks out before the snowblower; he faces the snowblower, in effect walking backwards the whole time.
He directs the truck drivers to approach, speed up, slow down. He also signals when they're full.
When full, the truck will go to a place just out of town to dump the snow; huge bulldozers push it into larger mountains of snow.
The monitor makes a note on his timesheet when which truck was full, when it went away and when it came back.
