  • this is great stuff

  • um MGMT and Tame Impala should tour together forever

  • amazing music, but i think the picture is of menstration

  • This shit is real! :D

  • Its a shame I missed the 60's but listening to bands like these show there's still a bit of sixties still intact. Have a nice day.

  • Czasem warto słuchać w niedzielę (i nie tylko) Programu 3. PR - można usłyszeć coś ciekawego.

  • Awesome :D

  • Seeing all the hate for this guy misspretendy is worse than his comment.

  • Jezuz, this sounds so much like Cream! ...But in a good way!

  • Goddammit I want a poster of this album art for fucks sake.

  • @misspretendy Do you have a grudge against Tame Impala? cuz I've seen your comments on more than one of their videos. Maybe you should get your personal bias out of the way before you dampen everyone's day by criticizing a great band and trashing a classic style of music. P.S. you don't HAVE to listen to them, nor do you have to clog up the comments with your negativity. P.S.S. Stop trying to use the word "hipster" as an insult, it's not very effective (that goes for everybody).

  • garage rock lasted 3 years 65 thru 67 and then vanished

    now its coming back!!!

cant complain. music played by losers and outcast is the best shit ever

  • I'd rather hear music from the 60's then the shit we hear today. I don't mind if many more bands make music like this.

  • i want to suck from this bands teet

  • @misspretendy Bands make the music they want to make, whether it's been done before or not. You're the one acting hipster.

  • @TTMichael18 Exactly

  • @misspretendy If I feed you it'd be wrong.

  • @misspretendy who cares if the sixtys already happened

all the music popular music these days sounds the same

  • @misspretendy Hey Shit for brains!!! Tame Impala is a awesome band the fact that you say oh the 60's already happend fuck you you should be happy their are people out there making real music not shitty pop music. and for the Hipster comment fuck you being a hipster has nothing to do with listening to these guys fuck off and have a great day.

  • @misspretendy fuck you

  • @misspretendy Ha, good one. But the 60's were full of soul. Most music today is made for money, and fame. Our generation needs another woodstock, because as far as i'm concerned dubstep isn't a music revolution, anyone can press buttons, and keys. But can they pick up guitars, or drum sticks and sound good?

  • @misspretendy obviously, you dont know good music dickhead

  • @misspretendy ur fuckin retarded learn about music before you comment. ppl will always make music the way they want to. just because most current music is poppy and bad, doenst mean this band has to conform.

  • @misspretendy Haha, nice trolling! I almost left you a hate comment but was to distracted and mellowed by the awesomeness happening above me.

  • @misspretendy Get the fuck out of our "sixties" sounding music then? Listen to your bullshit music that was made for money, and fame.

  • @misspretendy I wanted to write something nasty, but then I checked your profile and saw that you only talk shit about music videos. Nice try troll.

  • Sweeping, epic, evocative music..... I need some LSD!

  • 30 years from now, people our age will comment on this video "I was born in the wrong generation".

  • Tame Impala's music belongs in a Wes Anderson movie

  • this joint is goddamned jamming

  • thumbs up if you want them to work on a collab with MGMT!

  • @MrAlternativeFreak

better than that. some dead meadow, neon indian or sundial

  • Whoa man, I just had a vision that it was 2011 and I was listening to this song thru some sort-of futuristic Typewriter TV Box! I gotta take it easy w this stuff man. Thank god it's still 1967!

  • this music has awakened my pre-pubescent groove, heard it in the 60's,my mother was an african american hippie with afro's burden, lost feathers and beads in it.

  • Time to get high?

  • I feel like these guys would be good friends with Wolfmother.

  • YES! Darling..

you touch me on the right spot

  • You know this was recorded by the lead singer Kevin alone in his bedroom.

  • these guys are actually my heros, saving me from tooo much pop and r&b crap

  • LOVE THIS BAND!

  • Anyone who criticizes these guys for copying 60's music should be reminded that almost every other newer band is just another permutation of the crap handed to us since 1990

  • @EyMeng if everyone copied the 60's the world would be a better place :}

  • @doorman292 I don't know about that.

  • @RetardedWa1rus without the vietnam war the 60's were great. a bunch of people on one giant quest to find peace and love; the hippies were the best thing to ever happen to america. plus revolution is healthy in a country

  • Comment removed

  • @doorman292 no it wouldnt, it would get stale

  • Good, maybe. Interesting, surely. Derivative, absolutely.

  • 21 thousand views and only one dislike, speaks for itself really.

  • now im not going to sit hear and argue whose better.... but i would say mgmt is more talented... but that doesn't mean they're better... i respect both of the bands because they're bringing back psychedelic into music which is what we all need more of.... i hate it when people say psychedelia

  • fuck all that noise, both MGMT and Tame Impala are amazing!

  • WWWWWWWWwooooooooooow

  • there are pleeeenty of bands that do the 60's feel psychedelia these days... whaaat are youu taaaalking about.

  • @pr0skilla Would be so kindly and show me the way to such bands.

  • @meotoko77 check out (older) Brian Jonestown Massacre, the Lovetones, Kula Shaker, hattie carrolls and maybe Elephant Stone. All great 60's feel psychedelia. Let me know if you dig it!

  • gooooood fucking song

  • The Dandy Warhols - right?

  • i fucking love this band i saw them open for MGMT in Kansas City they were great!

  • @CharlieMc5 MGMT and Tame Impala have the same management. Both Groups are my favorite!

  • sometimes i think they try too hard...

  • @imacomputer101 you should want a band to try hard to make great music..

  • @imacomputer101 That's MGMT man, these guys actually can play their instruments though. Maybe it's because there are not many bands who do the whole 60's feel psychedelia these days.

  • @MACfoo16 i agree 100%. i shouldn't complain.

  • @MACfoo16 Lol MGMT can play their instruments watch their live performances of The Handshake, Of Birds, Moons, & Monsters, and Siberian Breaks.
