IT'S TRUE! Justin has changed from outside, but from the inside he's still the same JUSTIN! He changed his style and got more swag. he cut his hair but lost some fans. This actually proves who TRULY loves him .. Fake Beliebers are gone now that he got a girlfriend…I finally talk to Justin on the phone and he says he’s not closing his doors to other girls.
