Cpl. Steed is a liability to the state of Utah, she should be fired immediately and Utah POST should revoke her certification permanently. She should repay the state for the cost of her training and her future wages earned as a security guard should be garnished until she has repaid the state for the costs of her uniforms, labor, benefits, civil suit payouts, etc. She is a disgrace to law enforcement and those officers who publicly endorse her should be suspended for 2 months without pay.
