It's a K3LAH, a variant of a K3LA. The only difference is that this horn has a slightly lower pitch then a plain K3LA.
PL42's have made many runs to MSU from Hoboken since their dbut.

dude, im not good with horns like some people are. they know every horn on every cab car and locomotive. im sure someone will respond.

Sounds like a K5LA to me. Believe it or not, 4024 was the last thing I saw on the Raritan Valley Line.
