  • My stock 1985 xr100 sounds like that lol

  • i put the same exhaust on my 100 today and it sounds and feels great!!!

  • dose it make the bike faster?

  • @OnlYUszmeGunZ not in top speed which is limited by the rev limiter and gearing. but the exhaust and bigger fuel jet does increase top end acceleration. 9.7hp stock. 11.5hp with this mod. sounds way cooler and louder also. boy is it loud compared to stock in real life.

  • @laurence265 ohk thanks dude :)

  • That's what fun is the CRF 150 (F) that f means fun

  • Fun!

  • where did u get the jets?

  • how tall is this dirt bike

  • why didnt u get a pro circuit? its like the same price!!!? and its probally a better sound and power increase

  • @ekajeroom I agree but, I think the pro circuit sticks out more so if u fall or pop a wheelie to hard it will break the pipe.

  • how do u jet a dirtbike and what is the purpose?

  • @ekajeroom I changed the fuel jet to a slightly larger jet to keep the air/fuel mixture at a good level when I upgraded the exhaust.

  • did u take your bike to a honda dealer to jet it ..if not how do u jet it?

  • no u just need bbr headers

  • does this pipe come with spark arrestor and/or new jets?

  • Is yours cold hearted?

  • is there a dirference between xr and the crf 100 es

  • That does sound good! Doesn't sound nearly as much like the stock pipe as the FMF system does. Don't waste your money on the 115-120cc kits, equip the 132cc, its cheaper.

  • @Willix216 how much is the 132cc kit? bec i want one so bad!!!!

  • I have to agree with crf100fman, white brother exhausts are way better and they sound alot better too.

  • nice but i think u need to turn up the idle a bit

  • nice pipe white brothers are better though

  • @crf100fman for power output I doubt it. sounds better than this video too.

  • ace pipe u got there aye

  • how much for the exaust?

  • Hey guys i am from Angola and i wanna know, what is the max velocity that this bike can take.

  • hi galera am Brazilian and I'm doing a Comvitea you that like to bike a look as was my present worth honda

  • Comment removed

  • if you had the exact same bike you should know it's a 4 stroke. the exhaust is a bbr d2.

  • @AustinF12 please never touch a bike again if you dont know the difference between 2 and 4 stroke you dont belong on one....noobbbbbb idiot

  • @AustinF12 ur a dumb ass

  • does it have deeper tone than on the video

  • yeah. and about 10 times louder than standard it was like whoa this is loud compared to standard.

  • your where did you get that pipe? and how much was it ?

  • do u have the spark arrestor out

  • in the original exhaust I cut that in half and it went a bit better lol.. but the bbr is all different with it's own parts.. it's spark arrestor is only a small wire screen so I leave it in there. It doesn't obstruct airflow for this exhaust. stock exhaust they do.

  • dude u should get the 120 kit for that

  • i got 1 like that they r fun

  • thats got a realy great tune for a lil xr

    good work

  • thanks. yeah the bbr pipe done wonders. more power too.

  • is that a stock jet or not stock jet ?

  • non stock. it's a bigger fuel jet, it comes with the bbr d2 exhaust. helps the exhaust to make the extra power.

  • so no matter wer u get the bbr exhuast it will always come wit it

  • cool pipe but if you accidentaly burn your leg on the guard you'll have bbr imprinted in your leg! lol

  • lol. well the good thing is the guard doesn't really get hot enough to brand ya lol

  • Nice=D ...I have the same bike:D

  • damn that sounds nice

  • were the parts worth it?

  • to me they definatly were, it sounded a million times better and went better. if you're trying to make a 100 a 150R...get a 150R... if you just want to liven up ya 100 a bit.. totally worth it.

  • who rejetted for u

  • I done it myself. it's pretty easy, a little fiddly you have to be carefull not to lose any little bits out of the carb but it's not that difficult. I took the bowl off and the main just is pretty much right there.

  • is that exhaust good for the crf 100

  • ..yes..yes it is. more power, waaay better sound.

  • would you reccomend that over fmf powercore4??

  • yep. powercore4 looks like it uses the same size pipe as standard with a differeent muffler. bbr pipe is bigger, will definatly support higher rpm power.

  • it is a whole exhaust, it is not sold in parts, it's a full stainless steel bbr d2 exhaust with aluminum muffler which cost $299 US.

  • stock crf 100f definatly doesnt have 9.7 hp. they have about 6-7 hp. pipe sounds good though. :D

  • at the engine it most certainly does put out 9.7hp, it's in all the books. and with the few mods I've done it's sitting around 11.5hp. the crf80f has like 8hp.

  • i just googled it and found a couple diff web sites saying different things. some said that it gets abou 6.5 hp and others said it gets 9-10 hp. are they testing the bikes at different rpm's?

  • no not different rpms but a different way of measuring the power. one is measuring the engine itself and the other is measuring the whole bike on a chassis dyno. it takes hp to turn the gears and turn the wheels etc, the chassis dyno shows you how much power you have left to propel the vehicle forward. same as a car may say 400hp in the sales brochure but when put it on a chassis dyno you may be dissapointed when it reads around 290rwhp. and some say this measurement is what really counts.

  • wow. i never knew that. thanks bro.

  • my ttr has 12hp at the crank, and about 9-10bhp at the wheels

  • do you have any mods?

  • air box jetting and baffle mod, nothing much

  • did you put it on a dynamo?

  • nah, thats what the mods on other ttrs have made

  • a dynamo isnt a mod

  • lol no shit man i just said i got my readings from other bikes with the same setup of my model, my year

  • ha, you said it realy wierd though. lol. i just wasnt sure. that sounds like kinda alot of power for just those mods.

  • hey

does the 100 have kick and electric?

  • kick start only. the crf150f has electric.

  • How fast does it go with the bbr d2 exhaust and the bbr 120cc big bore system? Also is the acceleration a lot better?

  • I do not have the 120cc kit but that would be a big improvment! the bbr exhaust is also a good improvment along with the bigger jet, it really crisps up the performance of them and unleashes a great sound. the exhaut and jet increases power by 15-17%. the 120cc kit boosts power by another 20%, so they are definatly worth while.

  • kool i got 1 2 but i only got da 06 model wif a muffler on. it goes better wif out the muffler and sounds better as wel

  • does the moded exahast give it noticable pwr

  • yes it does, when you install with exhaus and the supplied larger fuel jet, you have a gain of 1.5hp = 16% power increase over standard. and it was noticable.. especially in the high rpms it gave it a mild sort of power band, before it was flat.

  • how de hell did it get a bit of power valve i thought race bikes had em!

  • power band not valve. and it's more of a 2 stroke motor thing where there is significatly more power at certain rpms, usually high in the rev range, what I meant is that there was a real noticable change in the top end power where the top end power came on a bit more sharply and strongly. every engine has a powerband but they are more progressive and less peaky than a performance 2 stroke motor.

  • hi, im 13 years old and about 150cm tall, would i be able to ride this bike?

  • yeah I think so. they are sorta designed for people your height anyway..maybe if you can visit your local honda shop or something you could have a sit on one and see how it feels.

  • yeah. it probably a perfect bike for you.

check out my vid on it. im 13 too but im tall lol.

  • honestly it's personal prefrence. the 150 is a bit larger but also heavier. if you are a big sort of person you may prefer the 150, if you like smaller lightweight bikes the 100 is for you. 0-50mph I believe they are similar standard. the 150 has 11.5hp. the 100 has 9.8hp. I changed to a bbr exhaust with upgraded jet and higher performance oil and went up to 11.5hp ..with less weight = better performance and easier to throw around being very light I find it more fun than a heavier sort of bike.

  • nice exhaust

but turn the idle up a little

  • yeah I did ages ago, this video is 5-6 months old.

  • how do you put that on????

  • the 120cc kit would be nice too...

  • definatly. I'll probably get it later.

  • i have the same bike but if you plan on racing that i would plan on #1: washing it #2:grease the chain or it will stretch and cause problems* #3: set the idle up it sounds a bit groggy

    * my chain got stretched and popped up and broke the intake valve($500 bill to fix)

  • dude, #1 im not racing it and I am not going to wash it in the middle of riding ya ding bat. #2 I do oil the chain, with proper chain shit. #3 idle may be a tad low but it's fine, there is no problems with throttle response. and chains no matter what, do stretch, you just adjust it until its at the end of it' service life and then replace with sprokets.

  • also, chains dont just magically fly off and hit a "$500 air box"

  • thanks for the reply, i suppose an air filter and air box mods will help a little with the bottom end power but thats good that the pipe helps top cause stock is very flat

  • hi

i am thinking about getting this pipe and i was wondering how the performance was and where does it seem to make more power ( top or bottom end) thanks

  • mid and top end it gave the bike a mild sort of powerband, before when the power just went flat up top, now it's nice and peaky all the way to redline and has nice mid range torque. it didn't improve low end at all, like most hot up bits, more and more power gets moved to the mid and top end of the rev range, but it was totally worth it, much more fun to ride. make sure you put the jet in that comes with it.

  • mines a 2004. those bikes shure can take a beating.

  • yeah, mine hasn't let me down all year, I've changed the oil a few times and cleaned the air filter many times and just ride it hard and it just keeps on goin. when i was young i had an xr80 that thing was indestructible lol

  • does it rele do any differnce for u, i have a 100 and a 230 and im thinking about geting 1 for hte 230 please reply! o and im 14 not the 27 on my utube acount age theirs funny vids that wont let u watch them! if ure not over 18

  • yeah the exhaust with larger fuel jet for the carb made a great difference, I especially noticed it in the high rpm's.. at first I thought hmm has this done anything.. then i hit it and it felt like it went nuts..more like a 2 stroke. bbr claim 1.5hp gain for the 100.. which is a big 16% hp gain, so it made a good difference to power. turned it into a wheelie machine. also make sure you run top quality oil and clean your air filter for the best effect. it should have a similar effect on the 230

  • Nice bike

  • ah nice bike me!

  • alright thanks man

  • well something to do that is a little easier is take the whole carb off flip it upside down then take it apart so everything will still b in place

  • can you order the bbr from most honda shops or only online?

  • I dunno.. I bought mine from bbr online and they sent it to my door in a box :D

  • so the exhaust comes with a jet too?

  • from bbr yep

  • if you do where is the jet and how do you replace it

  • the jet is in the carburettor, you unscrew the bottom bowl and you'll find it in there.. I wouldn't recommend doing this if you are unsure because you have to know what you're doing..otherwise you may loose some of the tiny parts that somtimes just fall out and may not know how to put the back in the right places. a bike mechanic could do it for ya no probs if you're unsure. the bbr exhaust comes with a 105 main fuel jet. standard is 98. the 105 is a little bigger, lets in a little more fuel :D

  • do you have to upgrade the jet when you upgrade the exhaust

  • Nice bike

  • hello laurence !

I really like your bike thanks for subcribing 2 my channel.

    How old are you ???

  • 23 hehe :D

  • nice bike got the same one sept for the bbr exhaust
