@victoriavives Never heard of it, but there are so many styles in this world, I know quite a few, and its nice to see people making an effort these days. (btw I do Budokan Wadou Ryuu, Aikido, Boxing, Kendo, and fencing)
@BananaJSSI Yes, Bruce Lee was the founder of JKD and the Wednesday Night Group has a first generation instructor, which means that he studied with him personally! It is a legendary group indeed!

Just wanted to comment about the first two sparring, if you want to kill someone or at least heavily wound, that move is the way to go, either hit, be it, palm, fist, foot, knee, arm, head, shoulder or elbow that is the way to go, even though it all comes down to power asserted. I'm saying this because it's easy to remember, easy to use, highly efficient and almost guaranteed to work, so it's that or, hit upwards beneath the nose, same deal, easy to remember and all, but the still use with care.
cool kick-ass fighting techniques victoria and i love the spinning heel kick you performed in the end, and who are the others that were performing self-defense techniques, they were awesome as well
