The fight scene was entertaining, but the choreography feels too convoluted, thus unnatural. It was very slow, and 2:08-2:11 look so staged and amateurishly done that it begs the question of how she could keep herself so open to attack.

Also, a word of advice: You never block with the edges of the sword; it will break. The flat surface should be used for blocking.

fight was totaly unrealistic. Prupose of swordfight is not to bang opponent sword with yours but to kill oponent without getting killed. in 1:51 first clash it could be last one, chick with red sleeves could invert sword(so blade would face sky) recive oponnents strike on flat face of sword, point tip on enemy face and just thrust(search for zornhau). Don't do preaty looking moves, do effective moves.

There were good and bad in this.

The Setting, camera, music and actor chose to do this are perfect. I was impressed to see this look like a movie. Swordplay is great, beginning stances are perfect although I do not recommend keeping that way to be long(under 3 seconds).

I came here, to look for sword fights, NOT excessive over-emotional introduction for a reason to fight. Please cut it out.

The sword fight is slow, if you bring up the speed, it will be from a 7/10 to a 11/10.

Nice work for amateur, but I must point out that the lack of a groove on a katana almost always means it was factory made. The blade is much weaker without it and it loses a lot of the advantage that the way a katana was made gives it.

I have seen several antiques with no grove...it really depends on the maker. the Hamon and the Hada are usually the best indicator for determining if its stamped or forged
