It may also kill shinigamis even if it doesn't include saving a human's life. it is the same thing with a shinigami who breaks the rules, he would be killed for his actions as it is mentioned in the death note. Of course, the rules doesn't say how but there maybe different ways to kill them probably with the death note included.

I said this earlier, Alucard is a new mental personality, his real nickname used to be Dracula, you do see his real form in the series, and fyi, his real name is Vlad Tepes. (Once known as Vlad the Impaler, he was a war hero of sorts, also insane.)

I am from Romania, the country in which ,long ago Vlad Tepes( whom people call Dracula , the vampire) was a Voivode, thats like a leader, a king. It was a harsh method but while he was king, there was no crime (mostly).He also used to impale his enemies.There for the name of Vlad the Impaler and the fact that he was "insane", but he wasn't.
