Well, being around someone that knowledgeable and being constantly corrected can be annoying. Being rather Reid-ish myself with far too much information in my head for my own good, my friends get rather tired of hearing about different subjects or being correctly on facts. I get told to shut up a lot. :P

@randomgal8 The key word there is 'eidetic', not photographic. He probably can't remember something word for word from that long ago, plus since he's older, he'll be looking at it with a new and different perspective, especcially as it's through the eyes and mind of a profiler

I already had a natural speed reading ability, and I just kept reading and reading until I had gotten my speed up. I timed myself recently and I believe my time was approximately 17, 600 words per minute. Not quite as fast as Reid, but I'm getting there.

i think the world record is between 20000-25000 wpm. Though, it varies on the basis of what you're reading.
