@Ironeyes07 If you were born in the USA then you are American with Irish and German heritage and decent. Of course you can wear green on St Patrick's day as you would be celebrating your Irish roots. The point I and a lot of others on here are making is that you are not nor will you ever be Irish. You are American. It angers a lot of Irish citizens that people jump on the band wagon and give us a bad name behaving like that. Ireland as a whole is embarrassed by such behaviour
