  • @RichardElden that's heartless of you to say your glad Linda Died of Cancer. certain couples shouldn't be separated by death her and Paul were one of them

  • a beautiful song Paul wrote about Linda, great photos....thanks for sharing

  • i love paul & linda! she was so right for him.what they had was real love & it was beautiful! Linda was such a lovely lady. its such a shame she had to leave her sweet paul :(

  • Thank you. That is all-I have said it before...and will say again...Linda was a beautiful woman and person,,Please listen to Paul and his 1997 Album. An album he wrote and recorded while Linda went to therapy. The album Paul has said was his therapy.Young Boy was about James, then about 11...and Paul said James was very much into gardening....James planted flowers, and took care of the plants growing...Talking about FLAMING PIE-btw...the last song is called Green Day.

  • umm wow some of you are rude. I think linda's beautiful and she didnt even have to try! I personally wish i looked a little bit like her! Thats not even whats important though, she was the love of pauls life, and she became apart of him so by insulting her your also insulting paul.

  • This is such a sweet song. I couldn't imagine the pain Paul felt when Linda passed away, but he put it into this song and many others. I love linda and I see and feel that she is beautiful inside and out. R.I.P. Linda (f)

  • God, Linda's ugly~ Yuck. lol

  • @mary88stella I'd be happy to say it right to his face.

  • @mary88stella I'd be happy to say it right to his face; any day, any time. Thanks for your laugh. You are laughable!

  • @mary88stella Yes, let's all laugh! LOL

  • That's a lovely song!

  • Paul and Linda were such a beautiful example of true love and devotion. Paul is lost without her.

  • When was Paul ever out of her sight? They went everywhere together.

  • When Paul married Linda, I was jealous, thought he should have married me. Most young girls thought that then. I didn't want to like her. Instead, over the years, I grew to love her by watching her play in Wings, raise a family, and be her own woman. I'll always miss her. I'm glad she was here.

  • well thinks to u screaming bitches the beatles stopped touring ~

  • (1:44) and this is the hour

let me turn out the light

Paul never cheated on Linda and that's his greatest hit of all-time!

  • Lovely, thanks

  • the night that we met

  • Great song

  • God Bless Linda McCartney!

  • amen she was such a sweet person:)and a good women.her and paul were SO cute together

  • she and paul..

  • I'll bet he misses her now more than ever.

  • That was the most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time.

  • I didn't even know today is the aniverary of her death, but I think she is still with me in spirit.

you will live on forever... santa barbara you know what I mean. code for tuscon mr and mrs martin.

    your true friend

    Robin

  • I haven't had her off my mind the past few months I've been doing Makeup for Chef Akasha Richmond for several shoots for her opening of her organic resterant In Culver City Calif.

She reminds me so much of Linda, I was Linda's (and Paul's)makeup artist the last ten years of her life and we grew quite close, god I didn't realize how much I really miss her, but I feel something lives on at Akashas's (minus the meat) but her daughter is Vegan and never has had meat in her life. lol Robin

  • I miss Linda she was a beautiful person and a great mother she was like a sister to me a kindered spirit God bless her

True love will live on forever

  • Linda just enjoyed life and got up and sang (well I might say) with the band, she was a great mother and Paul and the children loved her dearly. Some of you obviously are not loved like that and it shows in your negative comments about Linda. She still carried on her work and campaigns even when fighting for her life but she died and all of you who comment here are still alive. I don't understand the stupid Jane Asher thing. Paul didn't want her or is that too difficult for you to understand.

  • Yes I concur with everything you have said. Heartless people will never understand the beauty, love, compassion, and the profound MAGIC that Paul, Linda, and Family had together. I had a moment with them in 1993 when I was hired to work for them as a Stylist. It will be treasured my whole life. Linda was kind enough to give me her Cook Book. I miss her so.

  • JanuSwon1...I would have given almost anything to have met Linda. I have a framed photo of her and her autograph on my mantel in the hallway. You are so lucky and deserving. You would know them better than all of the people who make ridiculous comments. I just have an affinity with Linda that I can't explain. I tend to know someone pretty well without ever meeting them and I think she was amazing which is why Paul was constantly amazed by her. Thanks for that.

  • part 2...I did see her perform at 2 Wings concerts and I was only a few rows from the stage. I was in awe of her both nights although I did glance at Paul every now and then. I loved how they would catch each other's eye and smile so lovingly at each other

  • i feel sorry 4 paul wen she died nd i hate heather mills. paul fell 4 her trap. i hate her so much

  • Danielle209908 -

I adore Linda McCartney - but Paul signed

up for Heather Mills himself. She was young

enough to be his daughter and infact

was younger than his first! Heather was a firecracker before they married. We all saw it coming. Why didn't he? Also, he was the one who pursued Heather. She did not go after him. Also, he divorced HER. Paul McCartney is no saint.

  • I am pretty sure that Paul was not the easiest man to be married to, but she also could have been MUCH more gracious about it, for the sake of her child, (who will eventually see and understand all of the drama) if nothing else.

  • melaniestevens -

Yes, Heather Mills should have been more

gracious about the divorce. However, what can you expect from a former porn star? I am not saying that to trash her. The pictures are displayed on the internet for everyone to see. Mills lies through her teeth about it.

Now that Mills has some money, hopefully she

will keep a low profile for her daughter's sake.

  • You need to chill. I wasn't defending her, but just pointing out a fact, "ladylike" lol

  • melaniestevens -

I need to chill? "Ladylike lol?"

Listen, cupcake - your youtube page is very bizarre. You need to lay off the booze.

  • Such bitterness and venom. Your screen name must be wishful thinking. All the best to you.

  • mills wasnt a porn star ladylike she took nude pics of her self~ and shes a moron anyway

  • she looks kind of like a combination of Princess Diana and Debbie Boone. I like her much better than Heather Mills. Can't believe paul and heather have a child together---hope it wasn't a just waste of time............

  • Linda McCartney is Magic!!!

  • I love this song. I love Linda and Paul. I love Bilal. :-)

  • Paul was married to Linda for 31 years and they managed to get along without tabloid conflicts. Then he marries a much younger woman and he's raked through the ink. That's the difference between Love and Money.

  • Let me guess, your a Yoko fan

  • It isn't about what quality her singing was, it's about how she and her way of being lovely mother and wife, has inspired Paul and his music...Just like Yoko did to John...Paul loved and adored her...like I do...she was amazing...

  • Well said. I agree with you fully, kinskifreak.

  • It isn't about what quality her singing was, it's about how she and her way of being lovely mother and wife, has inspired Paul and his music...Just like Yoko did to John...Paul loved and adored her...like I do...she was amazing...

  • "Linda sucked as a singer."

Listen to the beautiful harmonies on RAM and then tell me that...

  • oooihpighoug!!!!! when u going to shut up!!!!! please!!, i hate u!!!!! stop! bastard!!

  • To hookedonbelieven, she was in love with Paul.I despise him for getting remarried.I don't care how lonely he was.Yoko never remarried because her true love was John.Paul was definately not like John.Linda truley loved Paul. Why,one will never know. And yes Maybe I am Maybe I am Amazed and My Love were written for Linda.

  • @pennybeth65 One thing you can say about Linda, she didnt chase after a married man who was liveing with his wife and son, Paul was single AND avabile. And Paul and Linda didnt have to shove thier love for each other in public sight. They were too busey being in love, rase a family and sing to PROVE they loved each other And that is LOVE

  • LONG LIVE THE BLOODY BEATLES!!!

  • Hookedonbelieven -

Paul didn't write "My Love" or "Maybe I'm Amazed" for Jane Asher - He wrote it for the love of his life - Linda McCartney. He was

smart enough to appreciate what a wonderful

woman Linda was. They were happily married for nearly 30 years. Who the hell is Jane

    Asher?

    We love you Linda!!

  • @ladylike1980 In fairness there was a time Paul loved Jane BUT he did not marry her. I am sure Paul has good memories of Jane BUT he married Linda and they adored each other. And yes he wrote MY LOVE and MAYBE I M AMAZED for Linda. In my life I love you more seems to aply to Paul and Linda

  • Ha! Linda actually came from a wealthy family so i think she was already taken care of before she even married him. Her father was a successful businessman and her mother was heiress to a department store chain, so why would she 'need' Paul's money?

  • Louise Sara Lindner Eastman was inheriting of the department stores Lindner and not of the department stores chain as you it wrote!

  • I don't understand your comment.

Her mother was heiress to the family's fortune in the department store business, so I guess Linda would have stood to inherit some of that wealth as well.

  • She was the best thing that ever happened to Paul.

  • I made a best of disc of the last three studio albums. Guess which songs rocked the most. You get rid of some of the songs which aren't as good (the 1,2,3,4,5 let's go for a ride title song) and Driving Rain is a good album. I didn't think to put this song on the disc tho. It's not my style. But, in the context of this video, it sounds pretty good.

  • Nice video. Linda was the true love of Paul's life and all his money could do nothing to save her. Makes you think about if you would be ready to meet God when it's your time to go.

  • awesome job!

  • Linda you were so beautiful, so strong, never were two people so suited...

  • i was reading "Lost Bealtes Interveiws" by some geofrey guy and JoJo laine had a very "honest" interveiw saying what LInda was "really" like, i dont know if i beleive it or not, if anyone has read it or w/e what do you think?

  • I have not read the "post", you're ref. to. But I can tell you, Linda was so kind, and when around them,{the McCartney's) the family, Linda had such a positive attitude. She never spoke one neg. word. She really knew how to communicate. I realy clicked with Linda, and think we could have been best of friends. Her Photo. Book is awesome, so is her Cook Book. I miss Linda.

  • thanks for that :)

yeah i was really confused bcuz the lady in the book was talking so meanily about her i didnt know what to think

  • hi tanasobeautiful I read the storys jojo laine was telling about linda. she and linda never really got on during the time they were touring together with wings that's why miss laine didn't say the nicest things about linda. But I don't really believe all that stuff!

  • love it^^ it's wonderful!!! a lovely tribute to someone i love really!!

  • she was a lot different than yoko and heather

  • She was such a beautiful human being.

  • Paul called, Linda...Wants to know why you're so late home HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • She was one of the few people in the world that had respect for everything she was so nice she was good for paul good people always die young I love her

  • My family became vegetarians thanks to beautiful Linda McCartney. She was an angel that inspired many. Animals have feelings. We should respect that.

  • Beautiful song 4 a couple that had it close to perfect...Linda was a caring and nurturing human being. The LOVE OF PAUL'S LIFE.... Thanx much :)

  • Linda would have been Linda Epstein if her family had not changed their name. A strange coincidence. She and Paul were the perfect couple it seems. She was a leading light to us all with her vegetarian and animal loving ways. She was a rare and wonderful being and is much missed. I hope she left a few bob to the animals in her Will! They certainly need it.

  • @Morganissima Wow, the Beatles one and only manger was Brian Epstien, maybe not related but a small world to say the lest. Now I am curious, must be the genealogy hunter in me

  • @missgibbdreamer I doubt if they were related but you never know! I thought the Beatles were managed by Alan Klein at some point. John was happy with this arrangement but certainly not Paul. Klein's famous saying was "Though I walk though the valley of death I will fear no evll, because I'm the biggest bastard in the valley!" or something similar. I wonder if his words came true as he has since died.

  • @Morganissima A few people TRIED to replace Brian but of course it didnt fly. The on record is Brian Epstien Beatles manger Dec. 1961 to Aug. 1967. After that it was all Helther Skelther, no pun intended.

  • @missgibbdreamer Well exactly. Brien Epstein did take qute a big percentage of their fees (I believe he was known as "Mr 25%") but certainly had the best interests of all of them at heart. Waste of a young life him dying at such an early age.

  • @Morganissima Brian is certianly a big part of THE BEATLES story. I dont think he could have loved them more if they had been blood realives. Yes, a dreadful loss. aND THE LOVELY LINDA was just a good match for Paul. Linda and Paul had a beatiful love story, we should ALL be so lucky in love. RIP sweet Brian. RIP lovely Linda

  • Romantic song :)

  • That's right, Kaybeh. YOU'RE THE CUNT

  • I hope someone would stab you and pluck your eyes out, cunt

  • kaybe that's exactly what you are, retarded cunt.

  • I love you.

  • Nice try kaybeh. I'm still pissed at what you posted.

  • Beautiful People! Linda was so kind to me when I worked for them in 1993. I miss her! I will always treasure that moment in my life. It must of been Magic!

  • Wow, you worked for the McCartney's? Cool gig. My friend met them while they were riding horses in Arizona, they were totally cool about it.

  • Yes I was hired to do Hair/Makeup for them at a Concert where I lived. The whole family happened to be there. I was treated like family. Linda gave me her Cook Book. I use it and recommend it.

  • Wow, that is a awesome, you did Paul's hair?

    Very awesome

  • Yes, It was a very humid night, Paul, made a comment to everyone. He yelled out "She did it right!" meaning he has a very particular way he likes things done. There are so many more things I could say about the whole family. They would be all positive. No kidding! I was so lucky to be able to share and learn how cool everyone is. I did get an invite to go to London, also.

  • dang, that is so cool, one of the most famous heads of hair in human history. Nice dye job it looks like these days.

  • Only your Hair Stylist know's for sure. It's a secret. Always kept confidential. And, wow, do I know some great "stories".

Part of my success, I guess. Ha!

  • I would say you are great at what you do. Here is a money maker for you, a book on the Beatles hairstyles through the years. I only want 10 percent!!!

  • I had not thought of that. I do have quite a few pictures/Bette Mildler cast, and many others. Okay! 10% it is. I wonder how I can transfer pic.'s from video. I have boot-leg(so-to-speak) of me in action. The TV stations are very cool when they give me these tapes. Suggestions?

  • Video editors can do most anything these days.

Every book imaginable has been done on the Beatles but not a picture book on their hair.

Many biographies recall how they got that famous look, although you could trace it through the years, with photos.

  • My library of tapes are cool (to me),but some were given to me by TV Station(s). I wonder if I need permission to re-produce them. I do not want to loose any contacts, for doing so.

  • You would definitely want to employ the services of an attorney for advice,so there would be no regrets regarding any legalities.

  • I mean with regard to the TV stations

  • Linda, everything you and Paul have been through,I know he loved you and misses you deeply, I hope you have found peace knowing you where a wonderful mother and a wife. God Bless you.

  • A beautiful tribute to Linda!! She would have been 66 today (Sept. 24).

  • Beautiful video tribute to a real lady and Paul's soulmate. You are much missed Linda Louise McCartney.

  • never a truer word said.

  • that was beautiful. Rest in peace, Linda

  • Great song! She was great too!

  • A beautiful song, for a beautiful and nice woman like was Linda Mc Cartney, mother and wife, sweet and a Mrs, with the whole word!! not like Heather, a kind of a hunter....but of fortune!!!

    Great Linda we love you!!!

  • Linda has my full respect - a woman with her own mind and independence - a lovely person.

  • Agreed here ,she was known as as lovely woman, very kind and giving. Why did she have to die like that?

    God rest your soul Linda!!

  • this is a good song

  • this is a lovely and tender couple

  • i could only hope for such love

  • 0:31, 1:01 are adorable and linda looks beautiful in the last picture too

  • I love this song!!!!!!! its so sweet, it makes me want to cry!!! but is it for linda or heather? bc it was on paul's driving rain album and it said most songs were inspired by heather. I really hope its for linda!!!!! she is so much nicer and sweeter!!!!!!

  • Lovely tribute for a lovely lady. I try to make a difference on her behalf as well as my own by supporting legislation that is aimed at ending the suffering of defenseless animals. We can all make a difference to end animal cruelty. Linda would be so thankful.

  • Paul looks so happy with Linda

  • Linda is/was the best Beatle wife and mother.

    She is special to me.

  • I see Paul loves Linda, he can't never forget her i know what's that, be happy Paul, Linda is in heaven and near you and your sons. Great Linda Mc Cartney

  • Paul and Linda had two daughters and one son together. They also had Linda's oldest daughter from her first marriage.

  • So we can see the great love Paul had and have to Linda, giving his lastname to Linda's doughter

  • Just lovely, good for you.

  • 3:01 is a great pic too

  • on the 3:09, I really like that particular picture of Paul and Linda

  • I remember when we young girls hated Linda because she was marrying "our Paul" We were all envious hoping we would be lucky enough to meet and marry him; but Paul and Linda were truly soulmates. God bless them both.

  • Such a wonderful song, and such wonderful pictures of a wonderful family!

  • Thank you for such a moving tribute. I'm sad and inspired at the same time, to learn more about this special Lady. God Bless the McCartney family and all the love they shared worldwide through music and sincere efforts for animal rights and other charities.

  • THERE NEEDS TO BE A 1O YEAR TRIBUTE TO LINDA JUST AS THE PRINCES ARE DOING FOR THEIR BELOVED MOTHER, DIANA. The younger generation needs to know this special lady and her memory should carry one through the generations. I think of what the White Stripes say about Death of the Sweetheart...as with the homemakers...it's a very sad loss. What a great mother and wife Linda was. I'm going to read more about her life because I know she gave back in volumes with charities.

  • linda is hot

  • a lifetime of love, a lifetime of memories-the best moments of life and living it are the kind that are magical with that special person that you know, love, trust and respect-that's the true essence of living reality and working on a relationship to make it last whatever it is like loving your mate for life-Corey, you are kindly thanked by me,too!

  • Are there any pictures of Heather ( Linda's daughter before marrying Paul), Mary, Stella and James now? If so, where can I see them? Litebleu from LA California 3/6/07

  • Linda lives forever

  • I don't know much about Linda, but I know she must have been one exceptional lady.

  • Wonderful video - you captured their love beautifully.

  • wonderful video, still makes me cry even if I have seen it so many times..
