I see all these so called "national anthems" for provinces and territories. Calling the anthems "national" if they are NOT to sovereign nations is wrong.

@YambidiBlamBlam it is a national anthem, it could be referred to a nation which is not an indipendent state such as Scotland, Greenland and Basque
