  • PLz review a protein shake called " serious mass " iam trying to bulk up and it had 1250 calories a serving plus 50 grams of protien and 250 g of carbs, only 20 grams of sugar. i would like to know if it's a good product

  • @pkidro Heah Pk, sorry for the much belated reply. I have a video on mass gainers that might help you out, as basically they are all the same thing: v=XR24NoFAOew

  • i like your cat, hehehe

how do you train it to make that move.

    subscribe +1

    thanx for the great video.

  • @kokiafans Train it? It trains *me*! :D

  • nice cat

  • Omg how adorable..what a gorgeous cat..lol

  • I started drinking whey protein and each time after I do I get dizziness for a few hours after drinking it.

have you ever heard about such a side effect?

I don't know what to do maybe my body just needs to get used to it?

  • @CIarKent Eh no, that is *not* something that should happen from a protein supplement! Check the ingredients and make sure it's 100% protein and has no added creatine etc.

  • @Evilcyber I think I just had overtraining. i started training harder when I started drinking protein.

i'm ok now and I'm drinking the whey protein with no problem : )

and trying not to go to crazy with the training

  • @CIarKent Cool to hear man! I'm glad everything is turning out alright! :)

  • @xenonnati LMAO, Xen! You know, you can be *very* persuasive! :D

  • yes! nice vid evil :) please always take the time to bash on those bogus expensive supplements! but i don't drink coffee !!

  • caffeine isnt a supplement...

  • @im4everbest

everything that supplements your regular diet is a supplement :) anything you don't need to survive is a supplement xD because its supplementary.

so a vitamin tablet, protein powder, flax oil, cold medicine , caffine, bla bla

  • @im4everbest Well, coffee or cola isn't the only source of caffeine. You can buy caffeine tablets.

  • good review

  • @moddingpc Thanks modding! :)

  • @SmartAceHole82 Now I'll have to check that out! :)

  • Awesome ending! ;)

  • @basejump8 Thanks base! :)

  • I agree with Evil, there is no point to supplements, if you want something to make you bigger, faster, then take steroids. Supplements do about as much as homeopathy, just eat properly and stop being a fucking pussy when you lift. There are no shortcuts, you have to work if you want the muscle. Good video though Evil.

  • Yo man great vid! I just wanted to know what do you think about nitric oxide? Is it relatively effective or just a waste of money?

  • Cute cat! I want one too but it is also a really big responsibility. :)

  • @canvargun Not even. Most cats are less trouble than doing the dishes. I live with my sister and she has 2. It's pretty much just give them water and feed them once a day, get them a litter box, and like once a week wash their bowls. They're fine with being left home alone during the day too. They're way less awesome than dogs but they're really low maintenance. Plus if you accidentally drop them they'll be fine :)

  • @titans091052 cats only eat once a day?

isn't many small meals throughout the day better than one big meal once a day?

  • @CIarKent Well, maybe if you are a bodybuilding cat ;)

  • @titans091052 good point :)

  • @canvargun Yeah if you want one I say go for it. Just don't let a vet trick you into buying super expensive cat food or junk like that. Mine goes balastic for grilled lean chicken which I'm always happy to share since my eyes are bigger than my stomach.

  • @titans091052 Well, it sometimes helps to have unbreakable china and scratch-resistant wallpaper ;)

Freddie for a while had this habit of marking his territory by sprinkling a bit of his pee on the walls. One tip I read was that I have to show him that I am the leading tomcat. Thankfully the tip also said that that doesn't mean I now too have to pee a bit against our walls, but that I just have to pick him up like a kitten and growl at him :D

  • @Evilcyber Haha! I'm picturing you holding your cat and growling at it right as someone walks in.

There isn't a lot that goes into keeping a cat alive and happy, but I never said they weren't irritating.

  • @titans091052 Oh well, but how can you ever be angry with them, when those big eyes look up at you ;)

Oh, and yeah, my girlfriend fell over laughing when I played the big cat. Took a bit gravity out of my performance :D

  • @Evilcyber I've yet to meet the cat cute enough to get away with laying a hairball on my laptop keyboard.

  • @titans091052 How many do you have?

  • @Evilcyber I share a house with my sister and she has 2.

  • Thank you for making this video Evil. What is your cats name?! I demand more of him or her in future uploads :)

  • Evil we miss you! Love the Ask Scooby forum. Interesting video by the way. Oh and that T-Shirt if damn epic! I want one.

  • @Simonjones1991 Thanks man! Though I just noticed it kinda flimmers on screen :D

  • Evil we miss you! Love the Ask Scooby forum. Interesting video by the way.

  • Hmm is there any proof that he is really getting those treats?

  • @0wenSlattery Yep, the scale! ;P

  • Nice vid.

P.S. creatine link missing in description.

  • @abcdrcill1 Sorry about that! Should be there now. I always wait until the video has finished uploading before I save the description, because whenever I saved it before the upload was done, it failed :D

  • Nice video once again, Evil. Would you classify casein in the Whey protein group?

From my understanding Whey protein is good to use post workout for quick rebuilding of muscle while casein is better used during the day for slow but longer lasting rebuilding throughout the day.

  • @antlp89 Let me put it like this: There is research supporting what you describe and if you use protein powders and really want to time it that precisely, then that may be the way to go.

On the other hand however, food is more than just a protein source and no research ever said that protein from powders is better than from food and by using a powder you may miss nutrients real food provides.

That may be the trade-off. In my opinion, simply do it the way that suits you.
