I know but if Obama actually let people know the truth there is no way he would be elected. This is why Obama won't explain his communist mentor Frank Marshall Davis, his racist pastor of 20+ years Rev.Wright, his praise of MalcolmX, his overseas experiences and Islamic family, his cousin&friend Odinga who initiated ethnic violence, his political donations from overseas foreigners, his friendship with indicted or jailed politicians and fundraisers, etc. He can't tell the truth....

Until the poster below I didn't understand the reference. Now I get it. That is actually a pretty clever idea by McCain's campaign, if it is true. However I don't support McCain- a primarily due to their coverup of POW,MIA issues when he and Kerry had the hearings and his support for illegal aliens. How two veterans, no matter about how distinguished, could do that to coverup POWs/MIAs is beyond me. But when faced with a hardcore commie and a difficient McCain, I guess, I got to go McCain.

The "hardcore commie" is a lie whereas McCain deficiencies is fact (bottom fifth out of 899 students).

So you prefer someone who is factually dishonest and stupid over someone smeared as a "hardcore commie, scialist , marcist, stealth muslim, antichrist" etc even though he's much more qualified?

DEFINITELY, it is basic survival mechanism and common logic: pick the known evil versus the more unknown: a person- of whom we know by his own words/books:

-Visits a cousin, Odinga, who started ethnic violence after he lost his Kenyan election

-Praised Malcolm X and other black separatists

-Was mentored by communist Frank Marshall Davis

-did drugs incl cocaine for years

-has Islamic close relatives and lived in Islamic countries

-"found Jesus" by being mentored by Rev.Wright for +20years

Well the trouble with that "logic" is the other unknown guy ISN'T EVEN EVIL.

All those reasons you list are either guilt by association or debunked by SNOPES.

But if you still dislike Obama after you know what's fact and what's smear about him then that's all right.

But please have the decency to stop denigrating or "concern trolling" him.

I will check out SNOPES but I still would believe Obama's own autobiographies and actual videos of Obama before SNOPES. Obama admits most of what I've mentioned above. In fact, he used is in his own autobiographies and in election efforts in Chicago. A badge of honor to be associated (his words were "mentors" and "brought me to Jesus") with Frank Marshall Davis, Rev.Wright, etc. He is on video fundraising/endorsing for a jailed mayor and also a now jailed "fundraiser" and defending his mentors
