A very strange find, when I saw it I thought is was a graphical glitch, but on closer inspection I realised it was 6 hammer symbols in the shape of a cube!

It would indeed be amusing if you found other cubes. SoD for instance. BoO... the best chances for that would be Rhodes (Colossus 3) and the Summit of Sacrifice (Zeus)...the latter I don't recall any swimming for

Swimming can most likely be got at Loom Chamber, and since access to Zeus is by simply jumping behind the mirror...
