There doesn't seem to be a real point to this except to, once again, insist that God/Jesus exists and is awesome. Of course, I guess that's the problem atheists have with "believers".
Now where is that Jesus, who rendered all religions false by claiming that no one can come to the Father, but through Him? Where is the Jesus, from whose face nations flee and want the mountains to hide them from His wrath? Where is that Jesus that preformed the greatest act of love, by dying for those who where to burn forever? Where is the author and finisher of our faith in the Gospel (1 Cor 15:1-4), by which we are saved?
Not in this video. Away with false prosperity "gospel"!
Jesus didn't acknowledge that the earth was flat in any of those verses. My guess is that your carnal mind is telling you that the earth is flat because you can't believe that Jesus can be seen by all people at once; I'm of course talking of Revelation. In Matthew the devil showed Jesus the kingdoms of the Earth. Thats not hard to do on a mountain, nor is it inaccurate.
I didn't say that; you're putting words in my mouth. If you went on top of a mountain you could see different congregations of people/countries. That is what Matthew is saying.
Says who? I took the interpretation literally. You are now the one putting words in the bibles mouth. If god didn't intend for it to mean that way, he would have wrote it better, don't you think?
guys, that is not the baseline data here,.the main data is,.that God loves us,.and He died for us,.to save us from our sins,.and if anyone accepted Jesus as our Lord and Saviour we will be saved,.and you will experience the love of God here to eternity,.godbless
then why widen the schism between people by making and promoting videos like this one? if god loves everyone and accepts anyone, then why make fun of them based on them not being a christian? that's just a bit hypocritical.
Where does the idea of God loving everybody comes from? Certainly not from the Bible, where God is depicted as hating sinners and throwing them to hell. His love is not promiscuous but has a purpose - to save those who are under the curse of the Law and under His wrath through the blood of Christ, which is the ransom for those who believe in the Gospel (sacrificial death, burial and resurrection of God the Son, Jesus Christ). But this Gospel is so unpopular in the wold of sinners...
@MichaelGabrielR You're right "You destroy those who tell lies; bloodthirsty and deceitful men the LORD abhors."- Psalm 5:6 And again in Revelation 21:8. However the christian trinity says that Jesus is a manifestation of god. So even though the old testament god is spiteful and loathsome, he loves vicariously through Jesus.
I have an impression that you're speaking of functionalism (where God becomes the Father, then the Son and then the Holy Spirit), which is a false doctrine that denies that God the Son is eternal. The concept of separate gods in both testaments is foreign to Scripture.
"For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed."(Malachi 3:6)
God never changed from His perfect, just and loving nature. Only His wrath was satisfied through Christ's death on our behalf
Food for thought - there are people who suffer eternal punishment.
It's clear from the Bible that God declares the end from the beginning and accomplishes his perfect will.
Is God unable to save those whom He loves? Then salvation is dependent on man and his "decision for Christ".
Are there passages in the Bible that outright state that God hates certain individuals or calls them His enemies? Then God does not love everybody - only His sheep, not the goats.
ok, God made you and the earth, he know what you think what you want and who you like and what u do every day he loves u very much. and if you think that the earth was form by planet LOL

In the bible, didn't Jesus acknowledge the earth was FLAT in the bible not once, but twice?
Your new jesus contradicts the bible, but at least he has finally accepted science.

Matthew 4:8
Revelation 1:7
these two verses would only be possible if the earth were flat...
And don't get me started on the bible calling the earth immovable...

he was was referencing a coultural saying of the greeks, by the way. And long before the Greeks the Hebrew bible said the world was "spherical."
sciencegeekjsusfreak 3 years ago
no it did not, at no point in the bible did it ever use the word spherical to describe the earth. what you said is a blatant lie
