Your body could have bloating due to excessive alcohol consumption or it may be a sign of something like cancer.

Yes I have seen my doctor and he recommended that I eat less food. He also commented that he sees me regularly overdoing it at the gym. I didn't realize that he attended the same gym that I attended!

Yes I probably was being cruel to that little machine.

I kept running on it when it was squealing instead of going to the gym and doing my running on a much bigger machine.

The little machine has gone now. It went about 2 years ago.

And the big strong powerful machines at the gym do not seem to have any problem with my weight.
