  • Totally uncalled for, unless this was a known felon. People are damn tired of crazy cop adrenaline pumped nuts shooting people over a damn traffic citation! ):-(

  • This is some crazy shit!

  • I Like that Don't move don't move. How in the Fuck is the guy going to move when you just finish pumping 7 bullets into his sorry Ass.

  • The driver is dead because of a long line of poor decisions. I make lots of them but no blowing through red lights at 100mph with police chasing me. If I was killed doing that I would call anyone who felt sorry for me a bigger moron than I was.

  • cop went over the top

  • there had to of been some other way to end the chase than to shoot the driver repeatedly from a foot away...can you imagine how the passenger was feeling when he was hearing his probably very good friend get killed? The car driving away at 5 mph is not a "deadly situation" as the officer could have easily slid himself right off the side and instead shot the tires out to end the pursuit and if they pulled a gun then used deadly force. criminal or not he should have been alive today

  • @sawyermcbrayer Then put on the uniform and your life on the line if you want a different outcome.

  • what did this guy do to deserve bullets in the head ??? seriously you American's go way overboard, he didn't try ram him he went around the outside, no wonder everyone hates the police in your country your law enforcement should learn from other western police forces, deadly force is the last option, no wonder policemen die in your country basically everyday

  • @86nugget19 I don't know if you weren't paying attention or just oblivious. He drove off with an officer on the hood, what do you think was going through his head at the time? More than likely if he drove off at high speeds the officer would be thrown from the vehicle and seriously injured or killed. Officers use their firearms when in fear for their life. Are you trying to say that you wouldn't be scared for your life if you were on top of a car and it started driving away? Please.

  • @86nugget19 hey buddy why don't you come here to the USA, and become a cop in let's say detroit or los angeles, let's see how far you go without using your weapon.

  • @86nugget19 I think he tried to run the cop over.

  • why did he go around if he was trying to ram you

  • Comment removed

  • WTF i don't belief this wooow its bad ,maybe he was jest drink !!

  • People should just realize that if you run from the cops in a car and a cop jumps on your hood or in front of your vehicle, and you don't stop immediately, they're going to kill you. I don't agree with it, but that's the way it is. Probably better for the cops to not jump in front of cars (or on hoods) and not risk their lives over a speeding ticket/stolen car, but that's not why cops get into the game is it? They wanna drive fast and kick ass.

  • what a retarded asss cop, claiming dude tryd to ram him, lookd more like that retarded cop TRYD to ram HIM!

  • @Rekoms4x4 If the guy was innocent and had nothing to run from, he would have stopped right then and there instead of 'going around' him.

  • Comment removed

  • I really couldn't see where he ram the cop car. I seen the cop turn in front of him and the cop scrape the side of the car. Suspect where wrong, but the police could have defuse the matter better. In my eyes that was a homicide.

  • Tag 'em and bag 'em

  • The guy in the car is a major dumbfuck thank this cop hes off the streets

  • Dam dat cop was a G

  • Why didn´t he just shoot him once? This Person didn´t have to be killed/murdered

  • @Suspect114 Person didn't have to run/ram cops. When a criminal puts others lives at danger, they are well within their rights to do what needs to be done. Lights & sirens = pull the fuck over.

  • @Suspect114 think of it this way, one less moron in the world.

  • @Suspect114 Because he was on top of the car and if he kept driving he could have killed the cop... Either cop dies, or the dumbfuck driving dies...

  • he was yelling "don't move" countless times, the guy tried running him over, justified murder

  • @fedorauser1001 Well i'd rather pay for a case of bullets than have to pay his prison bill

  • @pearldrumsarecool Well said.

  • @pearldrumsarecool damn straight!

  • ''Tried to ram me'' what an idiot, he was driving by

  • one less, good job officers... =)

  • wow, this officer could have easilly jumped off the car. that was just a huge overreaction in my eyes. we are talking about the shooting of a person here... this video - in my eyes - perfectly representates this sick cowboy attitude americans seem to have. where did this officer come up with the idea to jump on the hood of this car anyway???

  • @romsey82 The officer actually had the right to shoot way before he was on the hood. When the suspect got rammed the first time, an officer was standing if front of the car as seen at 3:38, the car then tried to drive forward so the officer fired. This is what gave them the right to shoot in the first place... He got on the car to attempt to stop the suspect at gun point, the suspect didn't stop so he unloaded on the dumbass.

  • @romsey82 This response perfectly frames how people outside of America, as well as the far left (and far right for that matter), seem to lack critical thinking skills. This guy had 0 regard for public life or safety. It was a matter of time before he killed some innocent person. At that point you would have been saying that the police should have done something sooner. They rammed his car 2 times and he still did not stop. It was going to end this way no matter what.

  • @romsey82 ur an idiot

  • @romsey82 Probably when he saw that the guy was driving all over the road, including the oncoming lane at reckless speeds and putting untold other innocent people's lives in danger. If he was so innocent, he should have just STOPPED!

  • And as to whether deadly force was justified. I think trying to run a cop over is grounds to get your head blown off. One less dirtbag on the streets. A motor vehicle is classified as a deadly weapon just like a gun.

  • The split screen was great. Yeah get some at 3:29 on the top screen. What year are these CV's because I'm looking at getting one. Love the sound of that 4.6 when it roars to life.

  • I was charged because I had the keys in the ignition sitting in the parking lot. You have to be in the passenger's seat with the keys in the trunk if you are under the influence. I should have just called for a taxi. Lesson learned and expensive too.

  • @wtchoutfertoby That's very mature that you realize your mistake and won't do it again. Congratulations on being well above average in your wisdom compared to others.

  • Meth and cars don't mix!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • did he died?

  • I don't know why police when they get into a police chase they take their sweet time to catch up to the criminals car. If that were me as that cop, right when i turned around to follow the car i would have put peddle to the metal in that Crown Victoria P71.

  • was that thug killed by the cop?

  • Look, the only thing I can tell you is support your Police. One time or another you will need them. They are always there for us.Help them any way you can.

  • Pos cops try to charge u wth everything. " he tries to ram me" no ... He tried to get away

  • If he was in a current Acura TL he would have gotten away.

Crown vics are slow as shit, even those P71's.

  • wow your a dumb ass...I dont give a shit if the man was running or not....the cop sticks his car in front of the suspect and it clips the patrol car...that doesnt warrent hem ramming the cruiser, and the cop hit the driver side of the car....only a cop would under stand that he had what was coming to him....a human would have stayed off of the car...At night all it seems like anymore is cowboys and indians...yeeehaw we got another runner boys.....

  • @sundaycostaandfamily So let me get this straight, the guy who ran from the police is the victim?

  • @radavil Well of course! That is completely obvious if you watch the video! (end sarcasm)

  • Pow, right in the kisser. Pow, right in the kisser. Pow right in the kisser. Pow right in the kisser. Pow, right in the kisser. Pow, right in the kisser. I just wish there was a clear close up view of the idiot getting shot. I bet after the first shot he was thinking "you can't legally shoot me" the cop was thinking "yes I can and heres 5 more shots to prove I can"

  • Comment removed

  • how come all police officers in a chase hit the offending car and say "he rammed me.. he rammed me!!" when in reality the cop nailed the other car?

  • Sometimes in the moment with all the excitement of the chase and the jockeying for the apprehension of the pursued individual, an officer takes a risk without a full examination of the consequences of their safety and that of the public. In this situation, climbing on the hood of the car makes great video, but a potentially deadly outcome for himself, his fellow officers and persons whose presence was up to the driver, not themselves. Great video and poor decision-making. You had to be there.

  • @Louisehascancer a bullet is MUCH faster than a car. I think the cop knew that. EXCELLENT decision making!

  • @IDontKnowNorDoYou Thank you for your comment.

  • all the cops are doing by saying they tryed to ram me is make it sound worse than it is so theyre justified when they use excessive force

  • Police chases need to be outlawed because look at what it leads too...shootings, innocent drivers being at risk of harm, law enforcement being harmed...if you want to catch somebody, use detective work and catch that person in a more civil manor. If the police chase after a perk, he is going to run and do all he can to get away putting many people in harms way. If the chase never happens, the perk would go on his merry way A LOT more safely. Find out where he stopped and get him there.

  • Should have rammed him or her the first time and then used a rocket launcher for the car from the get go. The Police department should contact James Bond and company and install some cannons in the lights to take those dimwitts out!!

  • Tough decision for the Officer to have to make but when a violent criminal runs from Law Enforcement then uses his vehicle as a weapon the Police are left with little choice but to kill or be killed. The criminal made the choice that night to trade his life for jail sentence. Now that Officer will always have to deal with the fact that he had to take a persons life while the criminal clearly didn't care who's life he took.

  • @jayguy173 You sound like a youngster who doesn't understand much in life ... Enjoy your angst of law enforcement ... you will be dealing with them a lot in your life as I can tell by your attitude and your video on your profile.

  • @jayguy173 Guessing you meant "backwards" ... but two degrees would have at least taught you to spell ... so I am assuming the degrees you are speaking of are felony or misdemeanor levels. Enjoy flipping burgers for a living.

  • @jayguy173 That's all you could think of? Pffft. Not even worth my time bro.

  • @caleet hahaha I love cops. :)

  • @jayguy173 Two degrees and all you can say is, "enjoy getting on your knees for a living?" ha ha..douche bag:D

  • @hmmm5000 How about you two stop arguing over a typo. Ya'll are both showing your maturity.

  • @jayguy173

So what? Degrees don't entitle you to be a scumbag.

By the way it's spelled "backwards" idiot.

  • @KiloByte69 Your just angry you know nothing about what your talking about.

  • @jayguy173

It's "YOU'RE" you dumbass. 2 degrees my ass. LOL

  • @KiloByte69 a BS is higher then an ass

  • @KiloByte69 no its your, you're is short for you are as in enjoy getting on you are knees for a living, and by the way Fuck the Police

  • @hb15577

Yes as in "you ARE just angry..." fucking idiot. lol

  • Comment removed

  • @KiloByte69 just cause you got 69 in your username dosent make you the hardcore ruler of youtube, it pretty much just says your some insecure teenager whos never had a root.

  • @hb15577

What the fuck does the 69 in my name have to do with anything? The point is that I'm right. Now piss off.

  • @jayguy173 I have four two year degrees, one four year degree and pursuing two more 4- year degrees. Then on to my Master's Degree in Business Management and Marketing. I hope to finish by 2014. It's a long haul but worth it in the long run. I was arrested for a D.U.I ten years ago. The fucked up part is that I was not even driving. I was sleeping in my car in the parking lot where I worked. My company had a bbq party..etc and I chose to sleep there rather than drive home.

  • @jayguy173

You have a felony? Wow, I wonder why.....

  • @jayguy173 yep he really did look like he was trying to go around him the officer looked like he was trying to ram him

  • @jayguy173

I agree, not ramming at all. If anything, it appears as though when the car tried to go around the police cruiser, the cop started driving slightly towards the car, as though it were HIM who was about to ram the car. The law enforcement in our country is so pitiful.

  • @jayguy173 You're an idiot.

  • SO the passenger was a law student.... he's going to enjoy filling out his bar application... this event WILL show up, and could easily screw up his career.

  • WOW just like the gestapo under Hitler, they think they are above the law and think civilians are right-less idiots a disposable life form...they want to disarm the public so they can control people watch out the U.S.A will become the united states of socialism another words the new Nazi state...check out prison planet dot com..the gestapo also shot unarmed people

  • @dermeister181 UNARMED?! he was armed with a car you fucking retard! And he tried to use it on a cop! Congrats dude, you have officially shown the youtube world how big of an ignorant douchebag you are. Have fun failing at life.

  • @maxx1bonesaw they could of used spike strips or a PIT maneuver. Not kill the guys

  • @maxx1bonesaw your armed with a car retard how about i shoot you

  • one word, fuck the cops, the dogs.. 75% of them... pure animals with law power behind them..

  • @mustang19ms that's actually several words, dumbass. Your comment, spoken like a true law breaker criminal uneducated piece of shit.

  • @maxx1bonesaw so you can count, good for you.

You might be a cop :) or your mom might be, I am not a criminal, but I would literally piss in your mouth and your mother's for taking a dump to produce such a shit like yourself ;)

  • Reading about this chase, it says that the passenger claimed to have just wanted a ride to the store and that upon further review, the police determined that he was an innocent bystander. I'm glad that he is alright, but sheesh! This guy was careless enough to hitch a ride with a complete stranger --knowing the dangers-- and almost lost his life. Hopefully this will be a lesson to him. Not to judge, but people need to use a little more common sense. You can't DO that kinda stuff these days!

  • bumper cars...go cops go!!!

  • The cops like you we need in Europe.

  • vehical did not try to ram you!!! you went head on with it in attempt to stop it...you ass I hate Fucking Cops...

  • I guess 1 or 2 bullets would be enough to stop the guy. The officer is emptying his gun which is a sign of extreme violence. He should get the deathpenalty for this...

  • Haha I love how at the beginning of the video the cops says the other car tried to ram him when in fact he was trying to run the other car off the road.

  • im not gonna give anyone the time to end my life cuz at the end of my shift IM GOING HOME!!!!!!!

  • holy shit what did this guy do to deserve to be shot huh? yeah sure he was resisting arrest but what did he do in the first place to be chased anyway? if he was a violent criminal then fine but if he was just speeding or something.....police arent like that in canada, they'll only kill you if you kill, point a gun around, or something they deem dangerous to the public... i wonder how that guy sleeps at night or if he enjoyed ending someones life

  • If you notice the officers life was in danger. The suspect had a vehicle as a weapon where as the officer had his gun. I wouldnt want my life to be at risk quite like that. what I learned in university is the suspect determines force and at this point, the suspect determined the force. Police in canada do the same thing. Trust me on that.

  • whatever man, I'm gonna stop commenting on police shit, just thinking about the ethics and morals of some officers gets me angrier than what's good for me, not that ALL officers are that way, we NEED police, but some of them abuse thier authority and what may seem like one person, is sverything to them and thier family, people are ignorant and selfish, unless you're a hippie, so that means EVERYBODY including myself

  • I agree with you 100% that some abuse their authority.

  • did you see the cop on the car that means he tried to run him over and in the us thats a deadly weapen. so he has the right to shot him. if he just pulled over there would have been np problem but he did not.

  • Let me put it this way. The officer was justified in emptying his entire clip into the driver. If you were on the hood of the car and the driver was accellerating, you would do whatever it took to STOP him - because as soon as you get thrown off the hood, you could get killed. Therefore, the officer was justified in opening fire.

  • Criminal gets flat out OWNED @ 3:55 ...

    "dispatch, we're code 4 here."

And for all those whining babies about excessive force, the criminal brought all this on himself, he could of pulled over without incident, he chose to run, when you make that choice, all bets are off...

  • Holy shit. The guy should of stopped, we all know by now that u can't get away so what's the point just stop. There's always going to be another cop up the street. Like fpstina said that dumbass got owned.

  • you can see him laying there unless my eyes are fucked up o.o

  • I don't understand the people that are saying that the officer ended up on the hood because he was hit by the car... If you look at the 3:56 or so timemark, you can see him just on the hood BEFORE the car lunges forward. The fact that he is down on one knee, and in perfect position to shoot doesn't really lend itself to the "he was run over" theory. Obviously he used excessive force as a result of him jumping up on the hood. He should have never put himself in that position in the first place.

  • Futhermore, I don't understand why officer #3 shot at him twice before the whole on-the-hood incident... For any "law officer" to use their gun, their lives, or the lives of others has to be threatened... The other cops were in their cars when they rammed the deceased, and there were no civilians for miles... Whose lives was he threatening at the time officer #3 opened fire?

  • The officer's life on the hood of the car was in danger when the driver pegged the gas. If he had allowed the driver to continue and throw him off, the officer could have been injured or worse - killed. Therefore, it is a "life or death" decision for him to make: Shoot or get killed.

Plain and simple. If you want to LIVE, you either A) Surrender to the Authorities, or B) You don't fucking break the law.

  • The police are given the ability to use lethal force only when their own lives are threatened or the lives of someone else are. The cop CLEARLY ran up to the car and jumped on the hood in order to shove his gun in the deceased's face. Unfortunately, that didn't work and the deceased started the car again (probably because he was scared). As a result, the cop felt his life was threatened and he opened fire. No police agency in the world would EVER teach their officer to jump on the hood of a car.

  • Exactly... it was obvious from this guys resistance that he wasn't going down with out a fight that would have cost the lives of the officers. Thank GOD none of the officers were hurt or killed because of his stupidity.

  • @NightmareKato the cop got on the hood at his own will. im not saying whos wrong or write, i just want to point out that the cop is an IDIOT for doing so. you dont get on the hood of a car that runs from the police. to me he did it as a result of too much motivation and will "to stop the bad guy" + he got the perfect excuse to shoot like 5-6 bullets at the guys face. witch of course WAS absolutely necessary, because like we all know its a scientific fact that a person CANNOT die from 1 HS.

  • Then maybe the driver shouldn't have pegged the gas in the first place if he didn't want to get pumped full of 9mm ammunition? Seriously, there are VERY clear clues that the officers are trained to give - the first is: If the officer's gun is in his HAND, you FUCKING STOP.

If you don't, all bets are motherfuckin' off, and anything stupid you do, is YOUR OWN FAULT. Plain and simple.

  • Jumping on the hood of car is TERRIBLE tactical positioning and under no circumstance should any officer do this. The cop thought he was Rambo with his adreneline puming and did something really stupid. As a result a man lost his life over what a speeding ticket? I still haven't gotten an answer as to why cop #3 opened fire? I've worked in law enforcement so I can comment with some knownledge... You are probably just a wannabe that has seen too many movies.

  • Passenger Sues City Over Chase, Fatal Shooting BLUE ASH, Ohio -- The passenger in a car involved in a pursuit with Blue Ash police that ended in the driver's death is suing the city.

But this week, Black filed a lawsuit against Blue Ash, claiming that conditions didn't warrant a high-speed chase. Black also said officers lied about the cruiser being rammed.

  • The guy had a gun on him you fucking retard.

  • says who?

  • The person was unarmed who was driving the car. However he tried to run over the officers on the scene. The one that ended up on the hood of the car was actually hit by the car. I have inside information regarding this incident from a source that knows the officers involved. The person who was driving the car was a frequent person they encountered. The passenger was a law student ... not a lot of information on him. The passenger was not harmed in the incident ... but later filed suit. Go Figure

  • @caleet if thats true you hit me with your car so you should be shot

  • There was a passenger in the vehicle who was never hurt in the chase. This was an ex-con who didn't want to go back to jail and was willing to kill to keep his freedom.

Also many people are hurt from crazy drivers and that alone warrants a stop and when someone runs, rams your cruiser multiple times and trys to run over a officer on foot, you should be able to use deadly force

  • Agree 1000%

  • couldn't say it any better

  • we're missing the point the point when you see red and blue lights behind you STOP!!! that is the law? the cop chise to stand in front of the vehicle but the driver chose to take off so why do people side with the ones braking the law over the ones trying to uphold the law? criminals really do have more rights than the rest of us i guess?

  • HOLY SHIT!

  • I think the police in the US can use way more force that would seem justified. That cop sholdnt have stepped in front of the car and then jump on the hood. He put himself in that spot. And if he was afraid of getting hurt when the car moved, he should have jumped off. But to shoot so many rounds into the guy... I value the job the cops do and I hate people who endanger others like the guy fleeing here, but a civilized society shouldnt accept just shooting people down like this.

  • thats the thing tho, no matter how hard we try, society really isnt that civilized, just watch the evening news and youll see it first hand.

  • unload everything !!!

    DESTROY !!!!

  • monte carlo ss with some mods can push over 500 hp

  • Im surprised that Monte Carlo is fast~~ or is it that cop cars are slow?

  • Cops don't chase people to race them.

  • The whole point is to keep people safe. First of all, what kind of safety was in danger when some dude is driving like a dumbass in the middle of night? second, the speeder was a person, so shooting him was not correct. Even if he had killed the officer he wouldn't deserve to die for it. I mean think about it, he'd live if he had a gun and shot the cop dead.

wrong. totally wrong. I also agree that the officer seemed like he couldn't wait to kill someone to serve his "duty".

  • Each one of those cops did exactly what they were trained to do. They rammed the guy several times and he kept going, then they fired shots at the car and he kept going. As for the cop on the hood, the driver could have tried to hit the cop and the cop jumped onto the hood and fired several shots to stop the driver before endangering his (cop) life anymore.

  • I think the officer wanted to kill that guy, or any guy for that matter, even before the chase started.

  • haha yeh it seems like it:)

  • i think the officer wanted to kill the guy before the chase ended.

one shot would have been enough

soif i were a jurror i would have the officer brought up on excessive force and award the family benefits, and the officer would be incacerated

  • Golden rule: stop when cops tells you to.

  • This cop on the hood appears to be the one who first started the chase. By his comments, actions, and even the way he wore his uniform, he clearly had already decided how this chase was going to end, before it did. He should have gone on trial for misconduct. I'm not saying that the criminal was right, but I am saying that the officer TOTALLY over reacted. He clearly wasn't panicked whilst on the hood of that car, taking aimed, accurate shots.

  • Ram you huh?....well I guess the video speaks for itself

  • why did they shoot him???

  • I am thinking he tried to hit the officers with his car after they sort of had him stopped.

  • well that's a reason...

funny how the cop was sitting on the guy's car.

  • Was kind of a Rambo type move wasn't it?!

  • makes sense

i believe if you drive tword the officer they consider it assault with a deadly weapon

  • Got an inside scoop from someone who knows the officer that was on the hood ... and that officer ended up there due to the driver coming at him with the car ... the officer shooting ended up on the hood and did what he had to do.

  • hahhah i cant say i blame him i would have done the same

  • Well as long as that gets em off the hook, then we're fine. Justice served. We don't need courts anymore, just more creative 'laws'. Now in Afghanistan, you're guilt for say murder is judged by a Mulah looking at your feet after you walk on coals. Can't you just see Jeffery Dohmer sanding his feet at night??
