This just before Crafty Flower Arranger. They were still a 3 piece with a cello. Sorry for the delay in getting the other videos online, the video digitizer that I bought did a crappy job of digitizing the audio(though the video looks fine....odd). So I'm looking for another solution.
Great vid, please post the other versions! Can you tell more about the song itself? Was it supposed to be released as a single? Kinda strange, since it doesn't appear on any Cotton Mather CD.
This is brilliant...the song AND the video. I've often wondered what this very early incarnation of the band was like. Definitely lost in the sea of 90's grunge, definitely underrated and definitely will go down as the best band nobody's ever heard of.
Thanks for the comment. The day that robert and nate came into the studio to shoot their part of the video, they played through three songs and we recorded them live. I've just digitized the raw tapes and I'll be posting different versions in the next week. Check back if you're interested, I think you'll like them.

Yes. They had recorded a demo, but the line up was still in flux. Nate the cello player had left, before they recorded Cotton is king.
