this was just a classic case of a poker pissing contest. of course someone always plays the fool in this situation instead of playing sound poker. He could have bailed easily after the first call and checked but tried to push Farha which was a loser.

Sammy called in position to see what Patrick does on the turn, hoping he checks or bets weak so he can take the pot right out. Had he not caught that 6, he woulda followed up with a big bet or huge check raise.....or most likely fold.

Guys who call huge bets with K 6os are calling stations. If that 6 didn't come on the turn, even if he's sure patrik is bluffing, he'd not have the cajones to call with 2nd pair on that board. But since he made 2 pair against a loose(maybe more so than paris hilton's u know what) opponent and he's on tilt, the hand looked huge.

As for him laying down the flush, u forgot to mention that the board paired and his opponent called a huge bet before that and made a huge bet after that. This is an elementary laydown that u'll even see at bodog's 10 max tables. Giving a pro any credit for that laydown would be insulting him because it's such a simple play.
